Experiencia fantástica: I've been using PhysiYo for its many styles of yoga for years. I brought on board my 2 adult daughters who are now hooked! I think the top reason to use this business is for its safety and thoughtfulness. You can be a beginner with zero experience or like me, intermediate with decades of experience and find the right class for you. I recently experienced sciatica and with the owners knowledge of physical therapy, I am able to attend confidently any class of my choice. Bonus is their affordability!
