His staff Glenn, Haley, and Jeremiah assisted as well in the effort of my care . They Represent Proactive Physical Therapy in the best possible manner. Although my battle continues I will always be grateful to Jason and his Team for leading me in the right direction with my care. Experiencia fantástica: Mike is easy to communicate with. He keeps me on the best path to recovery. He plans my sessions ahead of time based on my progress. When something seems too difficult or too painful, he always knows a slight adjustment to posture or positioning that makes it better. Being hurt isn’t easy but it’s nice to have the right help.

Experiencia fantástica: If you have a major injury, surgery, and require short or long term physical therapy, then Proactive Physical Therapy in Vista is the BEST place to go. I suffered from a shoulder injury, started PT with Proactive, then realized that I needed surgery. I’ve had a complete Reverse Shoulder Replacement and Tiffany at Proactive helped me to regain my range of motion. It’s been almost a year and now Tiffany, Mike, and the staff at the Vista location are working hard to help me regain my strength. This group of professionals work hard as a team to monitor your recovery, engage you in multifaceted workouts to improve your health, and all of them are incredibly kind. I am grateful for everything they have done for me and my shoulder. If you want more of a family atmosphere of caregivers, where everyone supports your recovery and makes you feel more like family than a client; you must go to Proactive Physical Therapy in Vista. You can thank me later :)

The facility is squeaky clean and orderly. The environment is safe and disarming. The staff knows the first names of its clients, and treats everyone with respect and dignity. Within the staff there is a demonstrative passion for their craft - and they are tremendously qualified. There is a true and sincere comaraderie exercised amongst the staff. Great place to repair the body!

Experiencia fantástica: The people at ProActive are wonderful! My therapist Reyna made me feel cared for, and that she truly wanted me to feel better and by my last day, I felt great! Reyna, Marisel and Thomas were like family members to me. They didn't know it, but I cried when I left.

Experiencia positiva: Seemed like a great place, but they're apparently unwilling to abide by the terms of their "in network" agreement with my insurance company. Terms require that the charges be submitted through the insurance company pryor to my payment. Proactive instead insisted on full payment up front. Insurance company advised me to walk away.
