Experiencia fantástica: I started therapy with great difficulty walking, but only a vague idea of the cause. After a few visits the immediate, painful, condition was much improved and, better yet, the therapists had identified the underlying problem. From that they devised an exercise program that addressed the problem and fit my particular condition and needs. I’m now able to walk much more comfortably than I have in a long time. Through the whole time, the staff has been upbeat and encouraging – at times it’s actually been fun. Scheduling, insurance, and administrative details have been handled pleasantly and efficiently as well. The clinic I attended (Josey Lane in Carrollton, TX) is very much a 5 star operation – I heartedly recommend it.

They are all very knowledgeable and well versed in physical therapy and Caitlyn, the office manager, is the best DJ and keeps the place moving! Experiencia fantástica: I broke my ankle and needed surgery in February and started PT in March. The PT were absolutely incredible, knowledgeable, accomodating, nice, friendleu and very encouraging. Victor and Niki were the absolute best!!! They are extremely friendly and want to see you recover to 100%. Because of their expertise, I'm back to 100% and more with my left ankle. With every session, they asked how my injury was and if the last session had made me sore. They always made sure if the exercises were too hard and if it wasn't, they always offered to increase the difficulty. I am thankful Niki pushed me and had so much confidence in my abilties even when I wasn't. I trust their expertise, and the environment they provided for my healing made it so much easier. Victor even helped me with a non-injury related issue when I slept wrong and my neck was killing me. He showed me the stretches I needed and that I needed heat for the area, worked like a charm. I cannot recommend this place enough for any type of recovery. Remember that your recovery is mostly you being diligent and doing your exercises at home as well as with the physical therapists!! Victor and Niki are the absolute best PT and Caitlin is fantastic as managing your appointments and dealing with insurance. The best experience 10/10, would do it again and am thankful I met these lovely people.

I appreciated how Victor listened to me, challenged me and encouraged me every session. I am stronger and more mobile with very little pain because of the regimen Victor put me through. Experiencia fantástica: I had 8 physical therapy sessions for a shoulder and lat injury with Nick at Greater Therapy Centers in Carrollton. He is so awesome and provided me with exercises that I continue to do. We focused on strengthening the muscles surrounding my injuries and over the course of 8 sessions, I felt so much stronger and my pain was reduced basically to zero. Now I can use the exercise plan he provided to continue physical therapy at home and (ideally) avoid future injury. Thank you!

From past experiences I could tell right away the depth of Victor’s knowledge and understanding of my condition. He explained the recovery goals and reasons for the different activities in terms that were easy to understand and follow. They all listen well, have positive demeanors, and pushed me without making the sessions painful or boring. I made great strides towards recovery in a very short period of time and will definitely return if I need further physical therapy.

I was coming 2x/week to strengthen and improve mobility of left upper extremity and left shoulder. At the end of 6-weeks, I can honestly say the pain with movement showed improvement. Victor and his PT intern instructed me to continue my exercise regimen at home and to call for questions. Highly recommend this place. Great professional staff.

Victor Tal and staff were friendly, competent, professional, and fully engaged with my treatment program. The program was creative and challenging, yet designed to avoid the potential boredom and loss of interest that might occur over an extended treatment program. I'm pleased I made the choice of the Carrollton center and would unequivocally recommend this location for any physical therapy needs!

JoLene gave me printed exercises to do at home in combination with hands on. The next time I have an injury of any kind I will request therapy and insist on this location. The entire staff has a great attitude and are truly happy to help. Heaven sent!

It is also very easy to set appointments to fit our schedule. Ricki focuses on getting maximum improvment from each rehab session. Plus she provides individual exercises to work on at home during off days. Great job too by Larissa at the front desk.

Both times I have been in terrible pain and the ONLY time I was able to get relief was on days I would see Ricki. She takes her time to really treat me (physically and mentally). She spends as much time as she can to get me to a more comfortable state before I leave. I have been to other therapy centers over the years and have never had a therapist care as much as Ricki does. Watching her work with other patients when I am there she doesn't just give me that kind of attention but does to all her patients. I can not thank her enough for the care she has given me and how she has made my daily life better.

Experiencia fantástica: I recently broke my wrist and went to GTC to recover lost flexibility. What a difference Physical Therapy has made in my recovery. Rikki is very knowledgeable and designed a challenging but effective exercise routine that I do in the Center under her supervision, followed by continued work on my own in my home. During a recent check-up with my orthopedist, he noticed my progress and flexibility and said, “You’ve gone to Physical Therapy. We always recommend it but you’d be surprised at the people who don’t bother. It really makes a difference.” I’ve gone to PT for various issues in the past, but I have to say, Rikki is the most informative, knowledgeable and attentive PT I’ve ever had. If I should need to go for Physical Therapy again, I’ll go to GTC of Carrollton. Also, and equally important, Rikki leads a great team of professionals who make visiting each week a pleasure.

It has been a very good experience all throughout and if I need any PT in the future, I will come back here again.

Experiencia fantástica: This fully equipped, pleasantly decorated physical therapy center contains one thing that I have found sadly lacking in many other physical therapy places: that is a heart. The staff really care and take the time to understand your needs, and work with you on a plan that is compatible with your capabilities while being effective in working towards the goal of your recovery from whatever it is that ails you. I have been there three times and been treated by three different people - each one fully understood the feedback from the previous person that treated me and it was like I was being treated by the same person each time (that was not a problem in anyway it’s just a testament to the communication and spirit that lives within this physical therapy center).

I did a little bit of google research, read some of these reviews and decided I’d give this place a shot. I’ll never look back – or even consider another place should I need PT again in the future. The staff here is just phenomenal, they listen and understand what hurts and doesn’t – print out exercises I can do at home and give very clear instructions. My leg/hip feels much better the next day after PT and I couldn’t really ask for or hope for more! I would highly recommend this location to anyone needing physical therapy!

Ricki (Erica) is a knowledgeable, caring, professional and extremely hard working physical therapist. I won’t trust anyone else but her with my therapy. Pam always has a pleasant hello when I walk in the door and a smile. She keeps my appointments straight. Ashton, is smart, patient and makes sure I’m doing my exercises correctly (Ricki is always keeping an eye out and won’t let me cheat or “not follow protocol!”) They work very hard and take such great care of me. I am currently in my 4th month of treatment recovering from a broken knee cap. I still have 4-6 weeks to make a full recovery. The process has been slow, but I am very encouraged with the progress I make each week. Ricki and her staff mix up the exercises to keep each session fresh and challenging. I high recommend using this clinic to give you the best opportunity to make a full recovery and get back to experiencing the best quality of life possible!

This is a place that you are supposed to dislike because therapy is never fun. But I really like coming to the center. I am doing and feeling better since my surgery and are looking forward to going back to doing my push up very soon, thanks to the staff. Thanks guys and God bless. Experiencia fantástica: The staff here was very friendly and the therapist was extremely knowledgeable. She knew how to push me beyond my comfort zone to get better quicker. She listened to all of my concerns and ensured that she followed up weekly on my progress. She held me accountable and corrected my form immediately if it wasn't proper. This group really helped me heal from my knee surgery a lot faster than I anticipated!

Experiencia fantástica: After a bad rehab experience at a well known facility, I went to GTC for further therapy. They actually listened and addressed my issues. After a few weeks, I was well on my way to full recovery from rotator cuff surgery. I went back a few months later for an old arthritic knee tune up. Once again, my issues were addressed, and that knee is functioning much better. I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else for my rehab needs.
