Experiencia fantástica: I had an appointment for a CT scan and ultrasound. I needed to drink something for for CT but I couldn’t have that in me for my ultrasound. Rodney and Blair did a good job organizing things to make sure my ultrasound wasn’t canceled. I really appreciate Rodney’s hard work and consideration and Blair’s concern for me. They both are excellent workers. Thank you.

Experiencia positiva: I went her for pre admission testing for an upcoming surgical procedure. This is my first time dealing with Cooper for this. I had to see four different people and they did a good job of taking me from one appointment to the next. My one complaint is that it is not very clear where to go and when I went into the one building I had to walk down the block to another location. For most people that isn’t an issue but I have limited mobility and use a walker, so it was a bit of a challenge. Another frustration came when each person asked be the same exact questions. They are looking at my file and the computer and see the same thing that the others did, why do I have to repeat the same answers over and over? Other than that they were thorough and explained things clearly. They were also well organized in getting me from person to person.
