Experiencia fantástica: Laurel Brook far exceeded my expectations. Everything was fantastic. Facility was very clean and well provided. From the minute my wife arrived the entire staff were very professional and friendly. The food was much better than expected. In short, for what was a difficult time was made much better. Oh, did I mention, the staff was FANTASTIC.

Experiencia fantástica: Earlier this year mom required more intensive care and supervision due to progressing Dementia and other medical needs which led us to Laurelbrook. We are very pleased and happy that she is safe there! All the staff we encounter are wonderful. Mom’s healthcare needs are well met and she enjoys all the activities they have to offer. Thank you all that are a part of her life now as well as OURS! Bless you all

Experiencia fantástica: I traveled from New Hampshire to visit a friend at your facility and she had zero complaints except on weekends it took longer to have assistance but that's understandable. I've been there twice and always observed staff busy and the receptionist was friendly and the place doesn't stink like most I've been to. So I assume there is strong effort here to take care of the patients. so I give 5 stars.
