The entire staff is polite, the facility is clean and well-kept, and I would absolutely recommend anyone dealing/living with an injury seek them out.

Experiencia fantástica: It was my first time going for occupational therapy at BSW Institute for Rehabilitation in Carrollton. I was met by a friendly hand therapist Tiffany Avery who quickly understood my problems and needs. (I am a pianist stuck with swan neck problems in my fingers). With her expertise and knowledge she introduced me to an external device which would help to exactly deal with my specific problem encountered. From measuring finger sizes to ordering the ring splints to giving instructions, Tiffany was most patient, meticulous and efficient. I am back to enjoying piano once more and I am forever grateful to Tiffany and the BSW Rehab Institute.

Experiencia fantástica: I have used BS&W Rehab three different times. One for a broken leg and two for a knee (before knee replacement and after). I am so happy with the progress I made using BS&W. And Luke has been so good with getting me mobile with the broken leg, I've come back and asked for him each time. The center is friendly, clean and has the equipment I needed to build the strength back. Highly recommend.

Experiencia negativa: Terrible experience and worst customer service ever. I'm generally not one to write bad reviews but these folks are impossible to work with and I've spent hours of my time trying. One of my family members had a single visit here with Tiffany Avery. Given a written and verbal estimate ahead of the visit for $173, which we paid on the date of service. They said the second visit would be almost $500 since "that was what was remaining on our deductible" (which should have nothing to do with the reasonable and customary charge for a follow up visit!) so we didn't go back. Since then, we have been billed for an initial visit charge of $479.64, I guess because they couldn't keep billing our insurance ridiculous amounts for follow ups. That's not even close to their initial estimate of $173. The clinic says talk to Central billing and the Central billing says talk to the clinic. We did everything we could do as a consumer to be informed and they either gave us a bad estimate or erroneously billed us. So I'm getting collections letters and there is nothing I can do as a consumer to prevent or fix this except warn other consumers to choose another healthcare provider before they get stuck in the same situation. EDIT: it's been another 4 weeks and zero follow-up from these people who stated that they would look into it and get back to me.

Experiencia fantástica: Shoutout to my therapist Carol Cox at BSW rehab on Frankford. I have been gaining confidence in myself as she has encouraged and taught me how to focus on what I can do instead of being angry about the things that are right now still hard to do. I have arthritis, muscle tears, and leg edema... it seems like we have to decide which pieces are hurting me the most on my therapy days because if not, I’d be there all day!! I have the occasion where I had to switch up my schedule and the staff accommodated me by schedule me with another one of the therapist, Edgar. He is a true leader and a lively personality!! I was very grateful that I received a very skilled, knowledgeable, effective, and personalized therapy session even though I have never been treated by him before. I am impressed by the skill set of this team because continuity of care is valued and followed through. Justine at the front desk is a hoot!!! She is always radiant and energetic!! She is a multitasker if there ever was one! Quick, organized, vibrant, personable, witty, and a breath of fresh air!! I wish I could harness some of her energy... I bet she could power up a entire city block! They have interns here at this location and I had the honor of being there while we had intern Leah. The therapist let her demonstrate and craft her skill sets while working us patients. She was a powerhouse!! A dynamo! I loved watching her blossom as she became more seasoned with every week! She will be a valuable asset for her future patients. And may I brag about my superhero Carol for a bit... She is a great blessing!!! She listens, educates, encourages, and is a quick thinker! She skillfully sets up a personalized strategy to help her patient’s plan of care. I can’t count how many times that she has had to tweak and troubleshoot my therapy session because I have so many things that were hurting me at the same time! She is a great listener and thinks on her feet!!! You can almost physically see her thinking about her plan of attack while she faces a problem!!! I have so much more confidence than ever because she helps me become stronger and smarter with my ADL’s (active daily living) !!! Bravo team!!! We have a great future ahead of us!! This staff is a well oiled machine producing achieved goals and satisfied patients! That my humble opinion!!’ God has blessed me with having them all has part of my safety net that keeps me alive, motivated, and accountable to being the best me that I can be!!

Experiencia fantástica: BSW Carrollton Rehabilitation Team on the 1st floor is and has been a truly great experience. I had rotator cuff surgery March 2018, started rehab here shortly after and more recently in January 2019 head neck/spine surgery and just started last week at this same facility. The staff are all very professional, caring and have answered all my questions each and every visit. I have the same physical therapist, Julie S, for both surgeries who is very well trained and makes my visits worthwhile, focuses solely on my injury and communicates throughout each session I’m there.
