Tori made sure the therapy was working for me and gradually challenged me. I can’t thank her enough for how much I have improved. My quality of life is so much better. In a 5 ⭐️ world, Green Oaks Carrollton is a 6 ⭐️ organization. The front desk staff is amazingly personable and the PT staff is both knowledgeable and caring. They assess frequently and listen carefully to any changes I am encountering. If I feel I need a rest or a change up, they are very accommodating. Give them your business. You will not be disappointed.

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent PT provider. Just Excellent. Everyone is great and this was by far my best PT experience for post-surgery rehab. I had 2 other experiences recently to compare and Green Oaks Carrollton was so far superior that it is hard to describe. The biggest difference is the lack of a strict "1 hour schedule and herd the next group in". They start you early and keep you late if you are willing to put in the work. Special Thanks to Nina and Jacky who stay on top of everything during your visit and Kyle and Tori will spend all the time you need and answer all your questions and concerns. Which brings up another point: You will get a full team approach here. Everyone sees you at some point and they have meetings together to discuss your case. They don't just put notes in a computer but they actually discuss your case. It is a very personal experience. Finally, I have to also give props to the front desk and office staff. They were very helpful with scheduling and making sure insurance authorizations and approvals were handled correctly. I have also had no billing issues and it seems that is difficult to accomplish these days. Anyway, don't hesitate to select Green Oaks Carrollton as your PT provider. You will be very pleased!

The women at the front desk are always friendly and helpful. The therapists and technicians are well trained and very professional. They explain the efficacy of the treatment and provide home exercises to support the program. I have been very impressed with the organization and the smooth running of the facility. It is like a well oiled machine. I have recommended Green Oaks to friends and would definitely recommend them again.
