Experiencia fantástica: I say it all the time..I never have a bad experience here. From the front desk ladies when I first walk in, to the front desk ladies on the bottom level or the top level. They all greet you with a smile. All of the nurses, physical therapists and doctors that my son and I have met have just been awesome to him..so patient and understanding. I would recommend this place every time.

Experiencia fantástica: Aquatic therapy going well. My P.T.'s are super amazing! The Pool and tools are clean and water temp perfect.Excellant program for me. I Love the floor to ceiling windows. Locker room very nice . Every one is very friendly , helpful, professional and kind! EXCELLANT FACILITY.

Experiencia fantástica: They are so efficient here, it's amazing how quickly you are in and out. Help desk was great, receptionist went above and beyond and the Dr I saw was amazing. I think I was out the door in less than 45 minutes total. And this included new patient paperwork. I guess I have put up with repeated horrendous wait times (and then never actually seeing a Dr) at Mercy, aka Cleveland Clinic now, I forgot what it's like to receive top notch service.
