Crystal Clinic QuickCare - Canton

Experiencia fantástica: Expected to be there for hours since I didn’t have an appointment and had to walk in, but was quickly seen and taken care of, all the staff was great and I got the attention I needed and my problem was quickly figured out and a plan was made to get me back on track. Great place to go highly recommend

Experiencia positiva: I fell at a restaurant and my ring finger was dislocated. Because of the circumstance, I was able to keep the joint iced for several hours. When the ice was removed, the knuckle began to swell and I realized that I needed to get my wedding band cut off before it got too swollen. With help from family, we located the QuickCare Clinic and drove from Alliance to Canton. The staff was friendly and focused and I was able to get x rays of the finger and my ring cut off and the PA attempted to get the dislocated finger back into place. My follow up appointment was not until the following Monday ( accident was Wednesday). The finger was splinted, but not x rayed after the PA manipulated the joint. On Friday, I went with my wife to her Orthopedist, who noticed my finger, and made arrangements to work me into his schedule. After x rays, he determined that my finger was still dislocated and then he reset it properly and took another set of x rays to determine that it was in proper position. So, I called and cancelled my Monday follow up at QuickCare.

Experiencia positiva: I was at quick care and was very impressed with the staff. Everyone from Jess and her staff was very professional, knowledgeable and caring. I had a follow up visit with Dr. Monaco and once again was very impressed and left the office feeling like the staff went above and beyond my expectations. Dr. Monaco was very kind and compassionate. Michele went above and beyond to help get a test approved from my insurance company that was not being taken care of from Joanne. Joanne was very rude and was not accomodating at all. I hope that my follow up appt does not reflect the unprofessionalism of one of the staff and i continue to have a good experience with the Crystal clinic since they were highly recommended! I would have given a 5 star but due to one bad apple i didnt feel it was appropriate.

Experiencia fantástica: I was taken care of right away and am impressed with the professionalism and efficiency of the staff and practitioners. Very lucky to have this close to my home. Love Crystal Clinic
