Cleveland Clinic Mercy Hospital

Experiencia fantástica: This past weekend my brother was rushed to Mercy Hospital and the ICU unit (Doctors, Nurses, Specialist, etc..) at that hospital are the most gracious, kind hearted people and have the most beautiful souls I have ever encountered in my lifetime. They made, easily the worst experience in my life, one of the most memorable for not just the death that accrued, but the opportunity to meet incredible people. They made me feel at ease about making a very hard decision, they did everything I asked without hesitation... knowing nothing would help at that point. They showed so much compassion and patience with me and my family, and nothing but kindness and gentleness with my brother in his final days. I would recommend their ICU unit to anyone. I apricate everyone in that unit this past weekend, I will forever be grateful for each and everyone of them.

Experiencia fantástica: I can't speak for every floor or every department, but I will say this: the 8th floor nursing and orderly staffs could not have treated me with more kindness, respect, and dignity. Sarah, Sharon , Annette, Anthony, and others whose names escape me, but I'll remember their kindness forever. They were responsive to my needs, gentle in their ministrations, and did everything possible to make my stay comfortable. Likewise, the OR staff were good natured, helping me to relax and simply go with what awaited me. The anesthesia doctors were kind and knocked me out completely! The surgeons were gentle and I had far less post op discomfort than I expected. The orderlies who moved me about the hospital were swift and took the smoothest paths available. In a day of faceless conglomerate healthcare providers, it really is the folks on the front line who make the experience tolerable. I thank you, each and every person who I came in contact with, as everyone was a genuine professional and a credit to the medical arts.

Experiencia positiva: Waiting area was very spacious and clean. Didn't have much need and it wasn't volunteered. If you just wanted quiet time to read ,nap, meditate etc. You had space,time without interruptions. Number board told the different stages of procedure and recovery your love one is in.
