Experiencia fantástica: Very high quality care and experienced professionals! Had ACL surgery here and they couldn’t have done a better job. Nurses such as Jessica and Lisa were a great help. The overnight rooms are great as well.

Experiencia fantástica: Today was my first visit! My appointment was at 11:45 with Mike Harvey, PA. I was called out of the waiting room at 11:40 by Mike and taken to an exam room. After a brief discussion I was sent for an x-ray. I waited about three minutes for the x-rays and then was escorted back to the exam room. Mike returned in about two minutes to review my x-ray, examine me and make a treatment plan which included obtaining an MRI. I checked out at 12:10. The parking garage and skywalk were wonderful. The receptionist who checked me in was professional but not friendly per se, same as the x-ray tech. However, when I checked out with an older associate with a “christian” sign attached to her computer, she actually made small talk with me and was extremely friendly. I got an MRI and I called Mike for the results. He returned my call in 20 minutes and reviewed the MRI and made a treatment plan. Excellent customer service and a great bedside manner
