My wife had been going to him for about a year before me, I suddenly started to get some excruciating lower back pain, but since getting regular weekly adjustments for the last year from Dr. Newton I have started to feel increasingly better. The staff here is also very kind, I would highly recommend using them for your chiropractic needs!

Experiencia positiva: I had to update my initial rating from a 5. While I was a patient, for over a year, I thought my experience was wonderful and the atmosphere very friendly, not to mention the uplifting christian music that plays. Dr. Newton was always engaging, especially with my son, who would sit in the room while I would have my adjustments. I had a lot of problems caused by my neck and my back and going made a world of a difference! I chose to discontinue services due to the fact that when I started care, I was very specific to ask about insurance, I had had a phone call with Dr. Newton, where i felt it was very heartfelt about the problems I was experiencing. I am young and I had to make major financial changes in order to afford the care like I needed and was recommended, after unsuccessful doctor visits for 3 years I knew this was what I needed to prioritize. I switched insurance after a few months, and I let them know it was a much better policy, and I even had chiropractic coverage. My coverage pays 80% after my very low deductible, but the price I was paying monthly did not change. I asked about it in person multiple times, and they said it was all going through insurance and was accurate. I finally realized to check my EOB and could see no claims were being made on my current insurance as well as had not been made on my past insurance. I emailed Dr. Newton about it and received the response that only my first few handful of appointments were able to be covered by insurance. I did not receive detailed bills until I finally requested one as I was leaving care. I felt I had been very misled for a long period of time and taken advantage of due to my lack of knowledge. Now, at a different chiropractor, I know I was inaccurately told that I needed to continue coming once per week or my adjustments would not hold. I had stopped progressing even though I was frequently coming, and it felt very routine and not specific to what my body actually needed. Currently I am paying under half of what I was paying due to my insurance actually being used. None of this would have been a problem if there had been transparency, and I was able to make the choice best for me. I am grateful for where Dr. Newton got me but I was very hurt leaving because I realized it wasn't about caring for what my body needed.

Experiencia fantástica: HealthSolutions of Carmel has been a great place to get my Chiropractic needs. Dr. Adam has taken care great care of me. He is great to work with and so is his team at the front desk. They also introduced me to Invisa RED which I have lost 80 pounds with this program they offer. You should check it out for yourself as it is not for everyone, yet it has made my health much better and I am so thankful for listening and following the advise of Dr. Adam.
