Experiencia fantástica: The staff members here are very professional, friendly and curteous. We had a family member here and were very happy with the treatment and care that they received. Everyone was very nice and accommodating! I would definitely recommend Casper Mountain Rehab!

Experiencia positiva: As a long time employee, I have seen this place through many ups and downs. Right now I feel that we have a lot of wonderful floor staff who are truly here to help care for residents and try their best to work with staffing issues and other problems you see in a pandemic. Management and ownership also continue to try hard to help make this facility a better place for the residents and community. It is really a joy to come in and work with the residents every day and to help them live their best lives.

Experiencia positiva: Okay, when I read past reviews I was very concerned about placing my 79 year old mom in the care of this center. I came right out and confronted them with these reviews. I was told that in the past they had some issues. But, they were bought out by a different company and they are working very hard to regain there trust. I am very happy to say they did not disappoint me. The higher up staff took there time with me. They listened to all my concerns and went above and beyond to make my mom comfortable. . I highly recommend this center. My mom was here for Rehab. She had a very high anxiety condition and was difficult o deal with sometimes. The CNAs were amazing with her. They were short staffed but you rarely knew it.I can't say enough about there rehab staff, they were incredibly patient and kind to my mom. I wish I could remember everyone's names to give them a shout out.There were 2 of them my mom just fell in love with. The nurses were good. The food was good. The ONLY problem with staff we had was the doctor assigned to her. She refused to really help my mom with the anxiety even though my mom literally passed out cold from the panic attacks she would get.If you have your own doctor I highly recommend you get them involved in your loved ones care. The second complaint is the building is very old. You can see they do there best to keep up with it. Everything was very clean but it's hard to make it look that way when things are so old. The good news is the new owners are putting money back into the center by remodeling. The new plans look beautiful. And the staff and patients deserve a beautiful place to work in. If you are having to place your loved one here and you are nervous don't hesitate to ask questions. The staff really does care about there patients. Be open minded and work with them. Thank you to all of you who had a part in my mom's care. Unfortunately after getting her home she had a stroke and passed.

Experiencia fantástica: I worked here as a traveling healthcare provider. The staff here is great, all so nice and friendly. The staff here really does care about each resident and making their stay as enjoyable as possible, trying their best to accommodate each resident. Would recommend Casper Mountain Rehab Center :)

Experiencia fantástica: I can't speak for many years ago, but I can say that since I have been with this company it has been wonderful. The staff truly is amazing, the residents are wonderful, and the building is making updated changes! This place really cares about their residents and staff. The management is very supportive, therapies are very hardworking, and the clinical staff are true rockstars! Poplar is like my second family and I couldn't be happier!!!
