Life Care Center of Casper

Experiencia positiva: Upon leaving as I was going out the door a lady was coming in with a gentleman who was in a wheelchair and she just wasn't very nice to him. She wasn't helping trying to steer him in and he hit his knee on the door no compassion it broke my heart other than that my visit with the resident Judy was great

Experiencia fantástica: From the moment I walked in the front door everything was very nice including the receptionist. The facility was quiet and clean and there were no odors. Lunch was served while I was visiting my friend and it looked very good. My friend who was rehabbing there said the staff and the treatment were very good.

Experiencia positiva: Mom has been here since July 3rd, and I find the staff to be caring, helpful and considerate. She is very picky about her food being hot and when I asked them to reheat her meatloaf they did promptly. She said the foods not too bad. I (her daughter) have eaten there with her and I commend the cooks. She loves the courtyard as the outdoor setting is beautiful with vegetables and flowers. They even have a private dining room for family gatherings, and a small finch aviary.

Experiencia positiva: My stepmom was having a very difficult time with her roommate, and she was not very happy. She has always been a very happy and positive person, and I had never seen her like this. It is hard to suddenly be placed into a situation where you have no control over your environment, and I hated to see her spend the last years of her life trying to deal with this. She was just moved to a new room, which should really help her! Thank you to Life Care for fixing this problem!
