Experiencia positiva: I went here to see what their memberships are and what they cost. It's a good facility, nice equipment but a limited amount. If the place gets busy, then you have to wait. Their memberships are on the pricey side.

Experiencia positiva: I like the club and there are s lot of plusses but it’s really difficult to get the workout you want when they don’t replace broken equipment. Small stuff like balls. It takes persistence to have the non-working things removed and when they finally are, no replacements are offered. A couple of months ago you replied to my comment by assuring me my request would be handled. Nice words but where is the action? Also, you really need an attendant for the women’s locker room on the weekends.

Experiencia fantástica: The gym is fantastic, but what makes it so incredible are the staff members. They’re like family. They genuinely care, they all work, their butts off, and they’re friendly and professional simultaneously. In this review, I’d like to do a special shout out to Ryan, Anthony, the manager. I think I may have his last name wrong. he is always upbeat, extremely welcoming and friendly, and here’s the kicker… One day I wanted to buy a protein beverage, but there was nothing left in the cooler, and he actually offered me his own protein beverage that was going to be his lunch!! Seriously he got it from his desk and brought it over to give it to me. I was blown away. Of course, I said no, but the thoughtfulness was just over the top, and I want to make sure that he is acknowledged and recognized for his exquisite, heartfelt service.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been a member for about about 3 to 4 years and everybody there is super nice, employees greet you by name the facility is always clean and all machines working properly at all times. Child care area is well maintained and personnel is responsible and caring. Thank you In-Shape!

Experiencia positiva: Really liking this gym the kid center make a huge difference in me making it to the gym! If they would just change the guest policy I don't mind paying but I don't want to have only one assigned guest! Sometimes I have friend family or coworkers that just want to hang and have a gym session. But besides that pretty clean and the staff is super friendly
