Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Jones and his staff have been amazing! They answered every question I had about my surgery and the aftercare. My husband has spoken to nurse Stephanie many times for me, when I am unable to. She has been phenomenal with us. Dr. Jones saved my quality of life! I can't thank them all enough for the quality of care I have received!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Jones was recommended by my husband and his brother as they are former patients. I had already consulted a general surgeon at Carle re: my procedure. However, I decided NOT to use Carle's surgeon Dr. Oliphant because his bedside manners were horrendous. He kept interrupting me and failed to listen to my concerns. When encountering Dr. Jones, I was more than pleased and his professionalism, knowledge of his specialty, his staff (especially RN Stephanie) far exceeded my expectations. They were better than how my husband and his brother described. They showed genuine concern and we explored options to figure out best approach re: my procedure. I have no reservations with recommending anyone to Dr. Jones. His office is clean, wait isn't long, office staff follows up prior to and after appointments to check on patients. Many times folks are quick to complain opposed to complimenting. Common courtesy doesn't cost anything and I was very pleased with Dr. Jones, Stephanie, RN and entire staff. I am recovering perfectly fine, no post surgical issues either. Jackie Bautista
