Experiencia negativa: I had a good experience as a patient but one of the worst experiences possible trying to get a copy of my own medical records. I am scheduled for an ortho procedure but need my PT records for insurance purposes (which is an entirely different story). Both myself and the ortho office have been trying to get my PT records for almost 3 weeks without any luck. Every time I think I'm close to getting them there is another hoop to jump through. I'm beginning to think I'm never going to be able to get a copy of my OWN medical records from Results PT. The PT was great, but everything else has been an awful experience.

Thank you guys, and I hope I'll never need your services again. Already recommended Results PT to two friends.

Experiencia negativa: They made an error verifying my insurance and charged me an extra $500 that my insurance paid to them. The incorrect charges were from early 2024 (and it's late October now). I have been asking for a refund for months. They assure me it is “in process”. They sure don’t give patients months to pay them what they're owed, so having me wait months to get my refund from the incorrect charges (that I never should have paid in the first place due to their error) is frustrating. I will never go to this practice again.

Experiencia fantástica: I had fantastic experience getting my ankle and back looked at by Gina. She spent a lot of time teaching and instructing me on the how to feel better and how to stay healed up long term. She really went above and beyond and I appreciate her help so much. Also shout-out to Kasey who I worked with a lot also she was a great partner to Gina in making sure I was setup for success. The environment was also very friendly and upbeat, great atmosphere for getting motivated to exercise. I highly recommend this Results location for anyone who wants to improve their long and short term health.

Experiencia negativa: I DO NOT RECOMMEND! Horrible customer service, I was denied a COPY OF MY INFORMATION FROM MY APPOINTMENT. They don’t like to get down to the bottom of your issues. They just like to schedule more appointments to continue making money off of you . They are very rude towards “ African-Americans” my level of customer service was very disappointing.

They are so skilled at relieving muscle and tendon flexibility, targeting specific exercises to rebuild strength both in sessions and homework. I learned a lot about how to keep my independence and health going forward as well as the specific help on my arm. Thank you so very much¡

Experiencia negativa: I saw Caroline Bostrom for pelvic floor pt during my third trimester of pregnancy and after working with her for about 6 weeks, I was stronger and experiencing less pain. I would highly recommend working with Caroline, but unfortunately cannot otherwise recommend this practice (I also understand Caroline is moving to a different location soon). The front desk staff is rude and uninformed—they cannot answer simple questions. They, as the staff of a medical office, ask you questions like “who was your provider?” “did you receive a bill?” and “when were you discharged?” All of that information should be available to them after I provide my name and date of birth without relying on the patient. They also had a card on file that I used to pay all my co-pays and when I received a bill, I called them to ask that the bill be charged to the card on file only to be told that I didn’t have a card on file because the card was deleted when I was discharged (less than a month ago). Please invest in your front desk staff as they are a patient’s first line of contact!

Experiencia negativa: I had gone to results PT years ago and they did a wonderful job and fixed my issue within weeks. It is clear that since then their quality therapists have moved on as my most recent experience was not great - I went for almost 15 sessions and made very little progress. I changed to UNC PT and I started seeing progress within weeks. My partner saw similar issues with a different location, she went to a different Results and saw no progress for weeks and then switched to Raleigh Orthopaedic PT and her issues alleviated much faster. Hopefully they can return to their former standards.

She is super knowledgeable and has so many tools to help from education to exercises to other tools like cupping, ultrasound etc. I am very pleased with my postpartum recovery and would highly recommend her and the Kildaire location of Results Physiotherapy.

She was so kind and patient and really helped me understand my body. All of the staff were absolutely wonderful and I truly feel safe and comfortable during my visits. I ABSOLUTELY recommend, especially for pelvic floor therapy or bladder pain. I feel so much relief knowing my pain is understood and now on the road to recovery.

Experiencia negativa: It took this practice two months to file with my insurance after I made multiple calls to them during which they stated that the claim had been filed even though my insurance was clear that they had not. Results has now owed me a reimbursement of $100 for almost two months. The Cary office will not help with any billing/insurance matters and the central office does not answer the phone.

Experiencia negativa: I was referred here by my doctor (the first mistake made) because this practice isn’t in network with my insurance. The receptionist at Results called me when they got the referral and asked me what my insurance was and I gave her the information and ID, and she scheduled me out for the next two months. I drove all the way and came to my first scheduled appt just for another person to tell me they’re not in network, even though I told the scheduler my insurance information and ID well before coming to this appointment. Seems like a good atmosphere, but misleading and disorganized.

Experiencia negativa: Full Disclosure: I love my physical therapist and I wish I could continue. I am giving 1 star because I am tired of following up with "upstream rehabilitation" parent company of Result Physiotherapy. It has been over 6 months and they have not been able to fix my insurance issue. I have been paying full everywhere else because this company never filed my claim with my insurance and when I talk to front desk here, they say they can't do anything, call 1-800 and I am tired of calling them and following up with them and I have been getting standard answer "we are working on it" for past 6-7 months. As a result of this I have to pay all other places because my deductible showed up as not met in 2022. I wrote review for upstream and got standard sorry follow up. Please make sure before going here they are not going to mess up your insurance filing like they did for me.

Experiencia fantástica: When I went to PT at Results Physiotherapy after surgery for a badly torn up shoulder (rotator cuff and much more). My physiotherapist at Results gave me excellent care; not only was she confident, but personable; I got great care. My surgeon (part of a completely unrelated business) who is a top-notch shoulder specialist in N.Carolina, gave unsolicited complements and remarks of confidence for the care provided at Results. I recovered sooner than anticipated due to other complicated health issues, and finally have a shoulder I can chuck a ball with again thanks to Results. They do good work!

Experiencia negativa: I was charges $2,470.00 for three one-hour visits! My problem was not complex. I reviewed my insurance billing statetments carefully and called for an explanation of the outragous charges. The expanation as to what the charges were and why I was charged were misleading and outragous. I was basically told that is how they can recoup their charges because insurance pays so little. Some of my visits were not even an hour or I waited while the PT worked with someone else. I was not doing any exercise indepently at this time. Yet, they charged a full hour. This is why our heathcare is so expensive. I work in healthcare and find this approach to patient care unethical and disappointing. Be sure to ask during each PT visit what they are charging for. There are specific CPT codes used in billing each visit. I was "nickel and dimed" on every visit. Then on Sept. 26th, I tried to pay a $265.00 bill that was sent to me in the mail. This is on top of my co-pay. I spent hours on the phone trying to talk to someone. It was impossible. The only voice I heard that was cooperative was the one for online payment options. Also, on my bill they threaten to go to a collection agency if you are over 90 days. To my suprise, the automatetd sysem told me I owed them $996.00! I have never received any other bills from them. I kept going to PT not knowing I was getting overcharged. Now I have to pay almost $1000. Do NOT use this group. The billing and financial piece is deceittful.

But when my mother was diagnosed with a degenerative spine condition and my xray showed mild degenerative disc disease, it was time to take my situation in hand. I went to PT here with the goal of learning what exercises I could do at home to improve and maintain my back health. Even though I wasn't currently in much (if any) pain, Jordan worked with me to develop a plan of action to improve my strength, mobility, and balance going into the next part of my life. Working with him helped me understand my particular body, what to do, and what not to do. He tailored those "exercises in your 50s" to me specifically (adding some and excluding others) and taught me to gradually adjust the exercises myself. It has been a truly awesome learning experience. After 7 visits over 3 1/2 months, I am stronger and more certain with my movement through the world. After getting sooo many questions answered, I feel like I know enough about my body to maintain this routine we developed for years and years. If I could give six stars out of five, I would. Everyone should have this experience.

Experiencia negativa: Jordan the PT was great to work with and would give him 5 stars, but beware of their billing department. They for months have continued to bill me incorrectly. I have two dates that they continue to bill me higher than the EOB that the insurance company says I owe. I have two insurance policies and they got all the other dates that I received therapy billed correctly. These two dates I have called and talked to someone 3 different times but no resolve. I have left 2 messages, after no longer being able to get a live person, and after weeks no call back. Now I cannot get a live person and it says their mailbox is full and I cannot leave a message. Terrible customer service!!!!

Everyone I interacted with at Results Physiotherapy was both professional and friendly. Maggie identified my issues and over the course of several weeks prescribed a variety of activities that eventually brought me back to 100% and I'm now able to do everything I could before my injuries. Experiencia fantástica: This is the third time I’ve been helped at Results in Cary ,NC and each time I have had good outcomes! I hurt both of my wrists ,due to lifting my two sick Labradors. I could not even open a jar or use a can opener. I saw Charlotte, at Results of Cary and she knew just how to help me After a couple of weeks of PT , going twice a week I noticed improvement By 8 sessions total, pain was about all gone and I could again open jars and use my can opener!

After an evaluation by Jordan it was determined that I was suffering from tendinitis also in my right shoulder and wrist. Once the problem was determined Jordan worked with me to strengthen the injured area. I have a little way to go but feel much better and able to resume my normal activities. I graduated and felt good and thought I'd never have to go back but once I was rear ended by someone and had immediate whiplash I knew that they would be the ones to make me feel better. Needless to say under the care of Mike I felt very taken care of. His gentle but thorough care for my health and well being made all the difference in the world. It may sound over jealous when I say this but I'm certain his hands are Blessed by God to do the work that he does. He knew exactly what to do to help heal me and get me to becoming a better functioning adult. I recently "graduated" from PT and was able to walk out the door with confidence as I truly feel like a better woman. Over the past 40 years I've gone through PT several different times after 3 lower back surgeries due to a serious injury. Results Physiotherapy in Cary provided me with a completely different experience and one I can say was truly life changing. My 9 months there was spent with Mike who made me realize how vitally important it is (and a true blessing) to work with a gifted physiotherapist. He took the time to explain not only the intricacies of my condition (hip bursitis), but all the treatment options available to me. His expertise of the various methods of physiotherapy was extensive and he's not only a very skilled physiotherapist, he is genuinely a kind, caring, compassionate person. Throughout the entire process he was very insistent on making sure I was always thoroughly comfortable with the goals we set for my care and this helped me to learn not only how to pace my efforts, but not beat myself up if my progress seemed to be happening too slowly. Nancy and the other front desk staff were always very friendly, provided great customer service and created a welcoming atmosphere(even throughout a worldwide pandemic). The entire staff was continously professional, courteous and focused on creating an environment where all the patients feel at ease and cared for. In the end Results Physiotherapy helped me to regain a lot of my mobility, strength and balance some of which I did not feel I would ever achieve again. This improvement in my physical condition aided in alleviating much of the pain I was experiencing from hip bursitis. It has been an eye opening experience to learn just what good physiotherapy can achieve. Read the many other positive reviews they've received and make the decision to contact them. Experiencia fantástica: I have had a great experience at Results Physiotherapy in Cary. I was experiencing upper arm pain and limited range of motion of that arm. Jordan Wright did a careful assessment/evaluation and through manual (hands-on) therapy and exercises tailored to my situation, he has helped me get back to doing 100% of the things I need and want to do. I have learned so much, have stronger muscles, and am inspired to continue with what I have learned. The whole practice is very nice, and I was so impressed with Jordan's genuine care for his patients.

Experiencia fantástica: I had an excellent experience at Results Physiotherapy in Cary. The facility is clean, bright, and well-equipped. My physiotherapist attended to my treatment plan personally throughout my recovery, unlike some facilities that hand you off to a tech for most of your care once they set the initial plan. My PT Charlotte took the time to explain the why's, not just the how's, of my treatment to whatever level I wanted to know and balanced perfectly pushing me to perform to my improving limits, but not beyond. I would definitely return to this facility and to this therapist were the need to arise again. I highly recommend both.

Experiencia fantástica: The staff of Results Physiotherapy was always nice, professional and made me feel welcome each time I entered the door. The other therapist learned my name and would check on me if my therapist needed to assist another patient. They made sure I did not feel alone while letting me know that someone was watching at all times. My therapist was thoroughly in my treatment plan and made sure that my knee had more endurance and was stronger at the end of my 6 weeks. I am now living a better quality life and getting healthier. I am able to walk my neighborhood up to an hour in the evenings and I am able to ride a bicycle. I am also able to walk steps or stairs in less pain. The area was clean and everything was neatly in place. The staff took extra safety precautions with Covid-19 on the rise. They thoroughly washed their hands, they sprayed and wiped down necessary equipment after each patient, all staff and patients wore mask. If a patient entered without a mask then one was provided. They also did touch less temperature checks for every that entered. I highly recommend Results Physiotherapy -Garner location and any of the therapist there for your physical therapy needs.

It's the best PT care I've received and I've experienced PT from several other providers in the area over the past 15 years. Experiencia fantástica: Great experience! I had problems/pain associated with my shoulder. Midway through my series of visits, I was pessimistic, but now my pain is gone and I seem to have the strength and flexibility that I want. My physical therapist was knowledgeable and attentive. His assistant (?) took me through sets of exercise that I hope I will try to continue at home. Everyone was pleasant and careful about following pandemic guidelines.

The front staff - Nancy, Hannah, and Nina - are all helpful, efficient, and welcoming; the PT staff, under Mike's guidance, are exceptional. One of the most impressive professionals is Jess. Her knowledge of body mechanics, exercise, and optimal movement patterns is amazing. Jess helped create and adapt functional exercise routines for me that expedited my full recovery and range of motion. I have chosen this clinic on three occasions and would not go anywhere else for PT!

Experiencia fantástica: When I first visited them, I could hardly stand. In a few short weeks, I was back at 100%. The therapists are very knowledgeable and they all work together very well as a team. The facilities were very clean and they practiced social distancing protocols. We ended each session on the TENS machine and heat (my favorite). Overall a great experience and would go back if I have any more issues with my back.

Experiencia fantástica: Very pleased with expertise of therapist and friendly staff assistants. Had a total knee replacement. Needed to get back to job in Nursing home working as rehab therapist lifting patients, walking 7 hours, pushing patients down long halls in wheelchairs, doing a lot of squatting, bending for the job. Katie progressed me gradually as tolerated with exercises, addressed pain with multiple modalities: electrical stimulation, cupping, manual therapy when necessary. She designed a plan that got me back to doing manual labor and be able to walk for hours pain free. I can't thank her enough. I was fully ready to successfully return to work after 3 months.
