Experiencia fantástica: It was hard to make the physical therapy appointment even though my insurance doesn't require a referral. But once I got my PCP to call one in, I had a great experience with several of the physical therapists. It's clearly one of the higher functioning, effective departments at UNC. (Minus whoever answers the phone.)
