Experiencia fantástica: Professional, extremely knowledgable, very reasonably priced. Tanas helped me recover from a shoulder injury that four specialists and even a cortisone injection were unable to help me with. I thought I'd never get relief. Until my doctor recommended Tanas. I actually initially declined, having been to physical therapists before. But when I finally gave in after four months of persistent (and increasing) pain, I was shocked at how quickly and accurately my issues were identified--and how professionally my rehabilitation was handled. Three weeks later the grinding pain that made it impossible for me to sleep is gone. The shooting pain that was so sharp I would literally have to stop is now just a dull ache. I suspect in a couple more weeks even it will be gone. And it's all because of Tanas. I highly and unreservedly recommend this practice to anyone needing physical therapy.

I credit them with being a critically important factor in helping to resolve a very painful neck injury I had in December, and are currently helping with a different injury and I am making great progress under their care. Nabila's hands are like Magic - she could be a healer! Her staff are the best in the business. A huge shout out goes to Michelle (aka Vulcan grip girl), Thomas, Shawna, Vera, Heather and Viola (and anyone else I may have erroneously left out). From the front desk staff, to the Massage experience to the PT exercises, they are highly trained, very professional and I feel that they really care about my well being. They are all amazing and I will sing it from the rooftops.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been to several other physical therapy places and never gotten the sort of one on one and hands on treatment like I received with Tanas Physical Therapy. They have 2 locations that are easily accessible from 40, 440, and 540. It is easy to make an appointment and the staff is warm and friendly. They treat all sorts of cases I have been back three times for low back pain, headaches, and whiplash and received excellent care each time. they use lots of modalities including laser therapy and dry needling for more chronic or tough cases. I highly recommend this practice. Nabila is Amazing. Her "holy hands" are like no other.

They are committed to making sure you leave feeling better than when you arrived and they focus on getting you back to normal as quickly as possible without compromising your progress. I always felt like they knew exactly what I needed and the best way to approach it. From the first day Nabila told me that she wanted to help me achieve my goals, and she did! If I ever need a physical therapy again I will be returning to Tanas Physical Therapy.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been going to Tanas Physical Therapy about 11 years. Nabila has helped rehab me after several surgeries. In 2005, I had shoulder surgery then got a frozen shoulder. The doctor said I needed additional surgery to release my shoulder. I went to Tanas and Nabila was able to get my shoulder loose in six months saving me from another surgery. She also treated me for back and neck problems several times and did a great job. She recently treated me for a labrum tear. Nabila restored my mobility to 80% improvement. Nabila and her staff spend time with you and don't rush you in and out in 30 minutes. The staff are nice also. I moved farther away from Tanas and tried two other therapists close by. I was in and out in 30 minutes and didn't feel like I had therapy at all. After a few visits, I contacted Tanas. After not being at Tanas since I had knee surgery 4 years ago, again I received outstanding therapy by Nabila and her staff. I can't thank them enough for always being there when I need there.

She is constantly on the move and making sure each person is being attended to properly. She is always asking how you are doing and making sure each exercise or treatment is having the desired effect. I went to my first visit in a great deal of pain and she and her staff spent hours helping to alleviate it. I had no expectations for PT to help my situation and thought the Dr. who referred me was just doing so because he didn't have any answers. Thank God Nabila did! She was really an answer to my prayers. I strongly recommend Tanas PT. It's truly a wonderful, clean, and loving environment to heal.

Experiencia fantástica: I suffered a sports related injury to my knee (partial ACL tear) about 4 months ago and was referred to PT Solutions. At the time I couldn't walk without crutches and was contemplating surgery. Thanks to Kayla and the friendly, knowledgable, and flexible staff, I went from struggling up the stairs of my apartment to running, hiking, and playing basketball. They even helped me rehab a previous injury to my other knee. I would definitely recommend their care!

Experiencia fantástica: I feel I am improving since I came to PT Solutions February 10, 2022. My clinician, Danielle, evaluates me every visit and selects exercises to help with the pain/discomfort I am feeling that day. I am able to go up and down my stairs better, although it is still a challenge. My posture has definitely improved also. Overall, I am extremely pleased with the care I receive from Danielle. The whole staff works so well together.

I have been doing my exercises with Kayla several times a week and my headaches have disappeared! She is very knowledgeable and amazing and really took the time to understand my health issues and created an exercise plan specifically for my condition. She even gave me exercises to do at home on the days when I don’t see her. My muscle tension has released considerably and I am getting a lot stronger in the areas of neck, shoulder and back where I had developed this problem. It’s such a joy to work with Kayla. Miaya at the front desk gave me a great first impression and is always helpful and friendly! I have worked with PTs- Arun, Danielle, and Kayla. All are knowledgeable and helpful. They are always able to answer any questions I have about exercises or my injury. They are all observant and patient focused over charting focused. They have been able to incorporate exercises to help my current injury as well to strengthen my wrist from a previous incident. I was even able to cancel by MRI because I gained strength back so quickly after working with them. Everyone seems happy to be working there which makes it a better environment for patients. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needed physical therapy!

What struck me the most about their care was how engaging and committed their therapists were. Over the 10 weeks I was there I worked with all the staff, but Kayla along with two clinical students were my main PT’s. What sets them apart is their personalized approach to therapy. They don’t just give you exercises to go home and do, rather they set up a plan that is tailored to you. Kayla worked with me several days each week to make sure I was progressing appropriately to avoid any setbacks. My favorite part was the sport specific work we did! Experiencia fantástica: My wife, Mildred, started with PT Solutions in September 2020 with severe headaches, neck and shoulder pain. She wanted to find physical therapist that would give her more one-on-one attention. Mildred discovered just that at PT Solutions. Compassionate and extremely knowledgeable therapists, Arun, Danielle, and Kayla, are a competent team that have helped my wife dramatically reduce her headache occurrences and build muscle strength to help prevent them. She is currently receiving services for lumbar issues as well and I have no doubt that she will continue to improve.

Experiencia fantástica: Unfortunately I suffered two back to back injuries last year that I was sure would be a slow recovery from. Luckily I was referred to PT Solutions in Cary using my VA benefits. I am so glad this is the clinic that I was referred to. Not only have I in just over few months regained practically all of my mobility, I will soon be able to get back to the activities I once enjoyed such as cycling and running. They do not offer cookie cutter therapy, all is specifically tailored to meet your needs along with your specific goals for recovery. They offer a range of manipulations to aid in healing as well as dry needling which has helped my specific injury tremendously. My primary Therapist is Danielle but all of the Physical Therapists are great. It is also important to note how friendly the front office is as well. Highly Recommend! 5 Stars!

Experiencia fantástica: I had an emergency with my neck muscles being so tight that I could not turn my head The office staff were able to work me in for an appointment during my lunch hour, which was very appreciated. The physical therapist performed an intake of my current problem before beginning manipulation and massage. He was able to resolve some of the muscle stress on my connective tissue immediately so that I had some range of motion before my session was over. He gave me exercises to do and watched me perform them to ensure that I was doing them correctly. Every staff member I encountered was very polite, friendly and professional. Over this two-week span, the exercises have helped resolve the muscle tension and I can move my head freely. Thank you, Tanas Physical Therapy! I highly recommend this practice.

Being diagnosed with scoliosis (upper thoracic) my muscles have compensated for my bad back and it causes a great amount of pain. Going to Tanas Physical Therapy has been life changing, and I am always super excited to see Nabilla and her team of trained physical therapists. You won't be disappointed no matter what ailment you may have.

Experiencia fantástica: I was looking for a physical therapist in the Cary area and came across Tanas physical therapy in late July. Since then I have had many visits at this location and really like coming here. My routine consists of floor exercises, massage therapy and ultra sound. Thomas has the magic touch and is always willing to share cool insights on the latest herbal threads. These are secrets so I can’t share them here. Then there is Ms. Nabila, who is very funny and caring. She always tells me about her foxy boyfriend and also works with me on the floor to finish up exercises. There billing process is very slow as they use a third party billing system. Few times my claims have been misplaced but luckily they did eventually get populated into the system after they were re-submitted. If you are trying to meet your deductible, my advice would be to make a log so that you can keep track of your claims until they populate. All in all, I really like coming here and see myself coming here often.

I remember when I first got there; I received an extremely detailed exam from Nabila S. Tanas, most Senior PT; which she recognized symptoms and points pains like no one else in the business. I have been treated there for my lower back pain several years ago and recently I have been getting P/T treatments for my Knee, Shoulder and Neck, so I know what I am talking about.. I highly recommend their best Physical Therapy program around the triangle area and I have tried few. Tanas Physical Therapy provide exercises, instruction, a variety of therapeutic machines, pain reduction electrical stimulation and hands-on treatment. I have been very pleased with the progress I have made since coming back to Tanas P/T.

Experiencia fantástica: In my opinion, they are the best in the triangle. Unlike many physical therapists, Nabila and her staff they look at the entire body. Plus their equipment is top notch. Despite having a cervical traction unit at home, I go to their Cary office to use one that blows away my Comfort-Trac machine. Additionally, none of the other health care providers I've been to (chiropractors, osteopaths, other physical therapists (including Duke)) put together a regiment for me using my machine. The therapist at Duke used a Saunders portable machine (which I did not like at all) and gave no instructions as to its use. For me, undoing the effects of 35 years of computer posture is now becoming a reality. I could not be doing it without them.

I am a Physical Therapist myself and was utterly impressed by Nabila's expertise and individualized treatment approach. She found the root cause of the pain and treated me with the utmost care, professionalism and excellence. I had 6 sessions in total and left completely pain free :). The combination of an excellent, thorough assessment, plus manual techniques, massage therapy, electrotherapy and stretching and strengthening exercises was just what I needed :) All the staff at Tanas Physical Therapy are fabulous - kind, friendly and excellent at what they do. I couldn't recommend it more - if you need a Physical Therapist, this is the place to go :)

Experiencia fantástica: I am very grateful for Brookie Woods, PA who gave me a referral to Tanas Physical Therapy for my neck pain. First I received an extremely detailed exam from Nabila S. Tanas, PT. She could tell just by looking at my feet for example that a good deal of the pressure of my weight was on the right side of my feet, which when the image was taken of my feet this was confirmed. She also spent a lot of time checking the areas where I have the most pain. Meghan Tiwari, PT, is amazing. She is not only specialized in trigger point massage but she is kind and really wants me to get better. After my massage I have the "Tens Machine" hooked up and a warm moist blanket on top of my neck and back. This feels incredible. Along with Megha, my routine includes working on my exercises which are specialized for my specific neck and shoulder issues. Dewani Doshi who just completed her Master's in Physical Therapy, is such a pleasure to work with and makes sure that ever exercise is completed with the proper body alignment. She stays with me and watches me closely making sure nothing hurts but that with our work I am getting stronger and have less pain. What a special group of women that I have been blessed to work with in the goal of overall strengthening and healing. Also, the first person you meet is Tori McLaurin who is in charge of the front desk, scheduling and much more I am sure. However she takes the time to jump up and help anyone coming through the door that looks like they may need assistance and greets everyone with her beautiful smile. She is the cherry on the top of this incredible group of women working towards a common goal which is to make their patients better. Thank you all for the compassionate way in which you approach helping those of us who are so grateful for the relief of our pain. I am so much better and my pain has already gone from a six to a two.
