Experiencia fantástica: I have been in Dr Mauck's care for years and he is GREAT! If you need help, see him, period. I have been dealing with my insurance, I won't say which company, all year. They are refusing to pay for my procedure even though they did when I had them years ago with Dr Mauck. UNC accepts this company's insurance and they DO cover other patients throughout the UNC system. When Dr Mauck found out I applied for a loan to pay for this procedure he found a colleague that he would use himself. This then may be covered by my insurance or cost me much less due to administration fees. That is a doctor that cares for his patients not his wallet.

Experiencia fantástica: Love staff here. Dr Jowsa is awesome and always helps me. I have NO complaints with them. Occasionally have to wait for appointment as she seems to be very popular.

Experiencia fantástica: There is one lady at the front desk who can be a little rude but besides her I’ve only had good experiences with the staff and doctors at UNC pain clinic. They know me by name and have really helped me with my chronic pain. I would recommend Dr. James 100000 times over.
