Experiencia fantástica: I had gotten hurt in a workplace accident which resulted in a torn acl and meniscus At first i could hardly walk but after rehabilitation, surgery and even more extensive therapy I CAN WALK AND EVEN RUN AGAIN! heck i can even squat which is pretty cool i think. I definitely wouldnt be where im at in my recovery if it werent for Kelsey and Linda. They have been a tremendous help and i cant thank them enough. Git rollin.

Experiencia fantástica: Neck and hand pain improved My neck mobility and hand/finger numbness increased this past spring significantly by my excessive gardening. I was not sleeping well with spasms in my hand at night. After about 6 months of trying to remedy myself, I thought I’d try physical therapy. I wanted a place that was near my home, familiar and not so crazy busy like other practices. The office staff was super friendly and easy to work with. Kelsey was my primary PT and provided good movement/stretches that I could do at home. He individually focused on me during my sessions. The pain/numbness is lessened and mobility much improved. I can actually turn my head while driving! I have a great set of stretches that I plan to continue to be ready for next year’s gardening. Thanks Kelsey!! Krista R

Experiencia fantástica: Avenues Physical Therapy is fantastic. I did two rounds of therapy with them: one for a lower-back issue and one for an old foot injury. Kelsey, Linda, and Hunter were always patient; and they were a lot of fun. They taught me helpful exercises, including tips on how to keep up my routine at home. They also taught me about the anatomy and functionality of my joints so I could understand the progress I was making and avoid potential re-injury. Small things can make a big difference: I feel more comfortable when I walk my dog and I fall asleep more easily at night; these improvements have done wonders for my quality of life. No recommendation of Avenues Physical Therapy could be complete without mentioning that Natasha and Teresa were always available to answer billing questions, address schedule changes, and provide a warm welcome to everyone who entered the clinic. Experiencia fantástica: I went to Avenues physical therapy for a frozen shoulder, which happened after a severe elbow fracture with resultant inserted plate and screws in my forearm and elbow. Linda was so very helpful! When I first went, I could not put my arm behind my back at all and reaching was incredibly painful. After a couple months of therapy and diligent exercise, I now can move without pain in my shoulder and resume normal activities. Linda was especially helpful in noticing and correcting movements I thought I could manage on my own, but with some changes, I’ve learned to strengthen other connected parts that I had been overcompensating with! Everything was tailored to my activity and return to my active life before the injuries. Staff is very friendly and helpful; thank you Linda and team! Ramona

Experiencia fantástica: I want to thank Avenues Physical Therapy Clinic for helping me with the pain in my shoulders. My right shoulder was weak and hurt when I would simply reach out at shoulder height and pick up a small object. The pain also interfered with getting a good nights rest. After 6 weeks of therapy with Kelsey Kean the pain in my shoulders is virtually gone. I would recommend anyone who is struggling with pain as they do everyday chores to go get help at Avenues Physical Therapy Clinic. They helped me! Also, a big thumbs up to the office staff for always being so friendly and welcoming!
