Experiencia fantástica: I've been seeing Dr. Monger since around 2003. He's always really personable and is willing to talk to you outside of appointments for quick advice and opinions.

Experiencia positiva: Nobody ever answers their phone. The voice mail menus let you believe someone will call you back within 24 to 48 hours. Be advised these are business hours. Example: leave a message at 10AM Thursday , maybe they'll call back between Monday afternoon and probably by Wednesday afternoon. If you thought they would call back the same day, you're setting yourself up for disappointment. The actual medical care is top notch, despite the unrealistic expectations set for you by the misleading prompts in the voice mail system.

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been seeing rheumatologist, Dr Robert Monger, for about a decade now. He is absolutely amazing. He is compassionate, listens to all my concerns, and is very knowledgeable. The staff there is also very kind. I highly recommend him.
