We were so happy to find Dr. Shiva who’s knowledge combined with use of advanced technology helped our son be pain free and gradually back on court after only 2 visits. We used other more ‘traditional’ PT places in the past and no matter how small injury is it would take many weeks or even months to recover. We got this reference from a friend. We had around 10 sessions over 2-3 months. She is almost there to be able to twist her hand reach and reach her back. Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Shiva is fantastic! I was suffering from glute tendinosis for about 6 months and nothing I did was making it better. After about 2 months of seeing him, I was back to playing golf like usual. He is very hands on and the focus is completely on you for the entire hour you are there. So different from mainstream physical therapy practices. And instead of giving you 10 different exercises to do on repeat, he actually focuses on healing your tissues and inflammation which are causing your pain in the first place. This is a top notch place and you won’t be disappointed!

I was sent to three facilities to get the surgeries done. I was bedridden for six months and opted for home health as I was homebound .That therapy was nothing, and it didn't help me for my recovery. After two years of struggle at physical therapy as an outpatient , my friend referred Mr. Shiva. I have been going for the last 3 months. Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Shiva does amazing work! I was referred by another PT. I was told I need a complete neck fusion of C2-T2. Nurses (one being my wife) and others, including my pain management Dr. advised me to stay away from this fusion as long as possible. Not to do it until absolutely have to. That it’s not something you want do as you will still have lots of neck pain and muscle spasms. I had already had one smaller fusion on the front area of my neck. I started seeing Dr. Shiva, and he asked me to give it six visits before I made a decision to stop or go forward. After just three visits, I knew I was going to continue seeing him. Because of my visits with Dr. Shiva, I’ve been able to control the pain in my neck and the migraines. He analyzes the need at each visit and treats me accordingly. Everything from dry needling, laser, RF stimulation, etc. etc. He’s also very kind, has a sense of humor, considerate and listens to your issues. My wife has also started seeing Dr. Shiva as she was told she needed surgery in both hands for carpal tunnel syndrome. She had no feeling in her left hand fingers, but through Dr. Shiva’s treatments she is regaining feeling in her fingers and hands after just 5-6 visits. I have been to multiple therapists, wasted money on spinal decompression, had cortisone shots which didn’t do much, dry needling, chiropractor visits. Nothing helped. A good friend referred Mr Shiva. I took an initial consultation, and he explained how he is planning to treat different issues, He discussed the customized treatment plan with long-term pain relief for my problems and not the typical run-off-of-the-mill treatments. He combined laser light Therapy, EMTT, SCENAR electric stimulation, Shockwave, and spinal adjustments to treat the pain in the neck, shoulder, and elbow. He uses a mix of various techniques which includes dry needling , cupping , plain old massage and much more. The progress might seem slow in the beginning and might need some patience on a patient's part. I personally did not see much improvement after first 4 - 6 sessions. He kept my expectations realistic and at a point himself concluded the treatment plan after a couple of months. I was NOT cured 100% but with his help and his prescribed exercise regimen - i feel 90% better than before. He did not prescribe me any medicine. Overall i feel very positive with my association with him. Highly recommended !!

I went to many doctors includes spine specialist, rheumatologist . No one was able to diagnose my condition correctly. I also went to physical therapy clinics in USA and in India, but nobody was able to help me with long term Pain relief. After 8-10 months When I had severe back pain episode I consulted Dr. Parnam. Experiencia fantástica: I went to see Dr. Parnam after he successfully treated my wife for her pain. I have had chronic back pain for many years and most recently was having pain in both my shoulders. The orthopedic doctor I saw recommended surgery for one of my shoulders but I wanted to see what Dr. Parnam could do for me first. We met for a free consultation and discussed what he believed was causing my pain and how long I would need treatment. An ultrasound revealed a bone spur was causing pain in my right shoulder. My left shoulder had a rotator cuff tear. After seeing the amazing results my wife had, I knew I was in great hands. After about 10 weeks and 15 sessions, I feel amazing! When I think of what I would have spent in time and money had I had both shoulder surgeries, I realize how fortunate I was to see Shiva first DONT SKIP THE EXERCISE!!!!

His answers to my questions were informative and helpful - and I always have a lot of questions. I've had over 10 injuries in my lower back and have seen 8 different specialists for it, and this was the first time that a physician had skills beyond just chiropractic and exercises. His plan for treating my back included technologies I hadn't even heard of before, and provided PubMed research articles to back them up! The specific approaches he used on me were: Indiba 448Khz RET, a class IV laser, radial shockwave, cupping, alpha-stim, and a small but effective list of physical therapy stretches to do at home. It can seem like a lot of money when insurance doesn't cover the cost, but I found that I was able to get back to normal life much quicker under Dr. Parnum's care, requiring less visits than traditional chiropractic or physical therapy offices. Experiencia fantástica: I was always hesitant about Physical Therapy since most of my previous PT experiences weren't great. When I came to Dr. parnam, he completely changed my view on PT, and I can 1000% confidently tell you that he is the best Physical Therapist in the Triangle area or even the state. I saw him because of a large, herniated disc in my back. He has used multiple treatment methods like Dry Needling, Spinal Manipulation, Impulse IQ, cupping therapy, Inversion treatment, Indiba, and other treatments to treat my herniated disc, I had seen progress with each visit, and finally, after eight weeks, I was pain-free and got my life back. I did believe I would ever get back to normal again as the Orthopedist had given me only two options for getting my pain under control, one surgery or two pain management. I called him and told him there was a third option, send his patients to Dr. Parnam. I don't think he liked it, but I told him he was wrong. I have attached my X-Rays to show how I have healed and how the bone is adjusted back & healed in just less than 6 weeks! May 2nd was my injury. I was advised to go for surgery ASAP for my Grade 3 Separated Shoulder from a fall at home. My friend gave up his 8 PM appointment and insisted to meet Dr Pranam before I decide to go for surgery. I am BLESSED to have met Dr Pranam that day. Just listening to him few minutes of his "most genuine" concern and suggestion gave me so much confidence and hope about my healing possibility and avoiding surgery. Since it was my first major injury, I always asked so many questions, and I am sure most of them were clinically stupid questions. Dr Pranam was extremely patient and he always passionately and thoroughly explained, made sure I fully understand what is going on in my body. He gave so much mentai strength each visit and assured me that I will be back to normal soon and was very positive he would avoid surgery for me. Every follow-up visit I made to the surgeon's office, the x-ray showed steady and consistent improvement after working with Dr Pranam! My collarbone was nicely adjusted and the injured side started to resemble more like the normal shoulder. The surgeon on the other hand, insisted me to come every 2 weeks , while "DOING NOTHING" yet expected to see the different result & decide the need for surgery if I dont get the good range of motion. There is no way my bone would have "moved" naturally! There is no way I would have survived without frozen shoulder and regain my range of motion, if I were on sling without any adjustments, expedited healing & pain management treatment from Dr Pranam. I was out of the sling 2 weeks earlier than expected time, healed, and got my range of motion which proved I did not need surgery!!! YEAH!. Dr Pranam suggested to get help from the physical therapist that my insurance covers to strengthen my muscles & get the full range insteadvof coming to him and paying out of pocket! Extremely GRATEFUL to have known Dr Pranam & Grateful for my friend who introduced me to him. Whoever is readinag this review, I would 100% advice you to atleast have an initial consult & advise you to spread the word as it is HARD to find such passionate genuine souls in the world!!

Experiencia fantástica: I received Physical Therapy from 3 different Physical therapy practices in Cary; the mediocre treatment I received didn't help solve my sports injuries. I tried Dr. Parnam's treatment as he came highly recommended by my friend. His treatment was as different as day and night; I was told that I had to do exercises and strengthen my muscles to heal my injuries by the physical therapist. For the first time, I felt that my needs were attended to, and someone knew how to heal them differently than just exercises. His treatments are unique, and his approaches differ from the traditional physical therapy I received. I can say that Dr.Parnam is probably the best Physical therapist in this area, with excellent knowledge and expertise in sports-related injuries and pain management. If you have any Injuries, I suggest you start here first. I highly recommend him to anyone with pain and injuries.

Experiencia fantástica: I am from Tampa,Florida.I observed pain in my right shoulder from past 6-8 months , and it got worst month by month, my life was miserable with pain, not able to put on my clothes, not able to do my regular work/chores. I was looking for Ortho but couldn’t get any appointments due to covid.I went to my friends place Cary, NC, there I came to know about Dr.SivaPrasad Parnam. Dr. Siva was kind enough to accommodate us on schedule for same day in his busy schedule. He did ultrasound to my shoulder and explained the reason of my pain. It was Rotator cuff tear. He started treatment on same day and he explained very well how those treatments will work to my shoulder. He is one of a kind and very knowledgable. I am so happy and I can’t express in words and such a relief from pain and able to lift my hand again, I am very thankful to my friend that I came to know Dr. Siva and he treated my issue. My pain was gone after first day of treatment and he is kind enough he finished treatments in my limited stay in Cary, North Carolina. I wish he lives in Tampa Fl, but NC is blessed to have him.

The facility is always clean and Dr Shiva got excellent knowledge and years of experience in his field. He's the best physical therapist in RTP area period. He fixed my years of Knee pain in just a couple of sessions. This facility got some latest and greatest equipments and very friendly person.

Experiencia fantástica: I highly recommend Dr. Shiva. He has vast knowledge on the subject and thoroughly examines the patient and treats. I had a fall on my foot a month ago and it went to an infection state and was difficult to walk. I went to Dr. Shiva at that time. He treated me with the high end equipment in his clinic for five sittings. I completely recovered from the injury and in normal state now.

I was treated by him for my Rotator cuff tear, I was recommended to have surgery by my Ortho MD. Experiencia fantástica: I had significant Lower back pain and my left leg pain for well over 4 years. I had seen multiple Doctors for it in the last 4 years, my family Dr., Orthopedist, Neurologist, Physical Therapist, Pain management, and three different chiropractors none were able to provide any lasting relief.
