Experiencia fantástica: Sandra is phenomenal at discerning the issues based on her years of experience and wealth of knowledge. She know what needs to happen in response and provides effective solutions. I started meeting with her at 25 weeks pregnant. I received manually external therapy and learned exercises and stretches, all meant to prepare my pelvis for proper positioning of the baby’s head and birth. My 8 lbs 9 ounce baby was positioned perfectly and descended as hoped. I had absolutely no vaginal or perineal tearing. Good positioning in the pelvis is essentially to achieving not just a vaginal birth (with minimal to no tearing) but also an unmedicated one. Without a professional like Sandra assessing my pelvic muscle tightness and mal-alignment, I feel pretty confident I would have ended up with a posterior baby, longer labor, and who knows what else.

With Sandra's help (and a technique I learned), I now have a functional linea alba and I am 90% symptom free from prolapse! Sandra went above and beyond to tailor my visits and at home exercise program to my specific body. She has a deep understanding of and respect for the body. I always felt comfortable and at ease. Experiencia fantástica: I came to Sandra with some pregnancy-induced sacrum pain. After just one visit, she discovered that one of my hips was not aligned and was causing stress and pain on my sacrum. The manual release that she did got rid of my pain and the follow-up exercises have allowed me to maintain it on my own. How I wish I had seen her during my first pregnancy! This has made a world of difference in allowing my to continue to be active up through the very end of my pregnancy with minimal discomfort. I highly recommend Sandra; she is professional, knowledgeable and very personable.

She took a comprehensive full body approach which included exercises and massage. Every time we met she was prepared and we picked up where we left off. I never had to repeat myself. Experiencia fantástica: I came to Sandra with complications after the delivery of my second child. She not only got me back to where I was before delivery, I am even better! Not many women can say that after giving birth and I have Sandra to thank for that. I have my confidence back and feel like I can keep up with my kids. After working with me a couple times we also found one of my hips was not lining up correctly and so she got that back into pain free working order. I would recommend Sandra to anyone! Not only is she addressing and encouraging dramatic releases in my postpartum symptoms (pelvic floor), she is also helping balance and align my entire body. Through our sessions I am discovering connections and muscles I never knew existed. Her cues help me understand what is happening in my body and access my "inner physician"- her words. Most of the session time is hands on. Sandra gives the best therapeutic massage I have ever had. At the end of today's session, she taught me how to improve my posture, carry my baby, and navigate the very real challenges of the infant car seat. My homework includes stretches and breathing exercises that I know will be helpful. Wow, what a difference Sandra makes!!!

Experiencia fantástica: I was stuggling with pelvic floor dysfunction for years, just didn't know that was my problem. I was referred to Sandra by Dr. Perryman, and have had great success, also discovered a weak pelvic floor results in back issues, which I have. She has been working on my back also, with amazing results. Just wish I had been given the referral years ago, could have saved myself do much discomfort and anxiety. Sandra is truly remarkable - she's so knowledgeable and every appointment while she worked she provided invaluable information on how to continue my own treatment at home.
