Experiencia fantástica: (should be a 10 star review) I can’t say enough about NOW PT!!! I’m so grateful that my neurologist made a referral for gait & balance training. NOW PT’s kindness and professionalism started with an initial phone call from Anissa, the Office Manager. She’s absolutely amazing! Talking with her over the phone put me at ease right from the start! When I met Dr Banks for my evaluation appt. she asked me many different things, but I was so touched when she asked what I would like to get back to doing. It was so clear that she saw me as a WHOLE person, not just someone that needed a specific therapy approach. And that is really hard to find! With each appt, she takes time to meet you where your at and gives you tools to get back to functional living. I arrived with little stamina and strength, was recovering from long COVID, and had a frozen shoulder - all while having a rare neurological disorder. I really thought I had plateaued in my recovery. But little did I know, I had only just begun. Because of my treatment plan, I’ve become steadier, stronger, trip less and have increased stamina. Dr Banks even helped me evaluate the seat position in my car, and she taught me how to safely get myself up off the floor. Because she believed in my physical capabilities, I was slowly able to believe in them again myself! When I graduated from my gait training/balance program, I continued on with a straight physical therapy program for the frozen shoulder. Because I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else, I chose to stay with NOW PT when an insurance change meant it would be out-of-network costs. Office Manager Anissa to the rescue, to help me navigate it all! Very recently, I’ve had an opportunity to work with Alanna. The transition to working with her has been an easy one. She’s a very knowledgeable and skillful therapist. She’s a great addition to the team! Thank you Dr Banks, Anissa and Alanna…. for helping to give this gal back her life!!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Katrina Banks is the best Physical Therapist I have ever gone to. I was so impressed with her professional service. She takes her time and doesn’t cut corners. My vitals are taken at every visit. I received one on one care and the aromatherapy in the space is amazing. I’m so happy I found her. Dr. Banks and her staff are too notch.
