After they successfully treated my original problem, I took advantage of their excellent short term rehab program. Then I stayed on for ongoing rehab with a personal trainer. She has done wonders for my balance, endurance, and strength during my long-term recovery from a series of health problems. People there are friendly and helpful, from those at the front desk to the top management. I strongly recommend NCPT for your physical therapy needs!

Experiencia fantástica: I have received excellent care at NCPT. It has been difficult to find treatment for lymphedema and lipedema. I have experienced much relief for the swelling in my legs, and my mobility has improved. The staff and practitioners are also really wonderful.

From the moment you walk in the door you are treated with excellent professional care from every staff member. These are EXPERTS in this field. Jillian is THE expert in lymphedema and lipedema. After being in rehab I was referred to this practice. We met with Jillian initially to discuss treatment of my lymphedema. My legs and feet were extremely swollen but after intense therapy 2-3 times a week for 2 months everything changed. Lauren wraps my legs and feet and we also use Velcro wraps. I have ankles again! My legs had been swollen for many years but I never knew it was lymphedema. Don’t go anywhere else for lymphedema treatment!!!

How my posture should be when I am exercise. She apply her knowledge with patient pain and massage particular mussel it is really helping me. Their interventions are helping me keep my legs from progressing to lymphedema. I drive over 20 miles from my house just to be treated by this team.

Experiencia fantástica: I found North Carolina Physical Therapy, because I was looking for a practice that specifically talked about working with lipedema patients--NOT easy to find! Also, the physical therapy practice I had been a patient of before told me that they did not work with fitting and ordering compression garments, which is a big part of the treatment plan for lipedema. What a relief to find Dr. Meyer, DJ and the rest of her amazing team! Everyone I've encountered has been friendly, helpful and supportive. I didn't even have to google lipedema for them (which has happened to me more than once!) I see them for manual lymphatic drainage, physical therapy for my legs and knees and managing my home lymphatic massage and compression routine. I am planning to continue using this practice even though they are out-of-network for my insurance--that is how helpful they have been for me!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Jillian Meyers and her staff are all extremely talented, kind, caring, and a joy to work with! I have multiple chronic illnesses that are very painful and debilitating; I was unable to do a lot of movement or exercise because of that pain. Jillian was able to work with me to find ways to move, and she even was able to work with me on some CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy) techniques to help relax my body and mentally block out some of the pain! They will really work with you to push you, but in a respectful way that never goes beyond what you're capable of, and they work very hard to understand everything that you're going through. You will not be "just another number" to them, they will treat you as an individual whose pain or issues go beyond just the label you've been given. Jillian and her team really look to treat you as a complete system, and not just isolated issues. It was quite a difference to me compared to how a lot of the medical system works, and I can genuinely say it has been one of the greatest medical experiences I've ever had. They provide such excellent care with kind hearts and warm smiles, and on top of it all, they are constantly looking into cutting edge technologies and techniques to improve the lives of their patients! They also really work to educate you on your options and also why they are doing what they are doing, which I personally find incredibly helpful. If you are looking for someone to really listen to you, and work with you to be in better physical health and less pain, this is the place to get it!

After years of receiving incorrect diagnoses, in 2021 I finally got an accurate diagnosis…I felt hopeful and helpless all at the same time. I was told I would need PT for the rest of my life to keep my body functioning properly. I was given Jillian’s card by my vascular doctor and was told “this is the only therapist I feel comfortable recommending”. He sent the referral to Jill and before I got to my car, I received a call from DJ in her office ready to schedule an appointment and offer words of encouragement. It’s rare to find an office that combines such personal touches and care for a patient as a person with outstanding quality of service and care. I have been a patient for two years and highly recommend Jill and her staff…it is the only call you need to make for all your therapy needs. She has changed me life and I know she will change yours!

Experiencia fantástica: I congratulate the professionals at North Carolina physical therapy in Cary North Carolina for providing a very high-level of patient care, and especially a compassionate and understanding practice. I have dealt with them since July 2022 vision in them frequently for an auto immune disease. They treated me with highly skilled and professional therapists who gave me many hours of training, treatment, even volunteering to come to my home if necessary. I found that being a patient of this group gave me one of the best medical experiences I have ever had. I highly recommend them, especially for patients with lymph edema, which they specialize in. We are very pleased with her professional knowledge, thoroughness, and dedication to provide an effective treatment plan. I am a caregiver for a lymphedema patient, W. Simpson. After four sessions, he has lost more than a liter of fluid in his larger leg, which has already made a huge difference in his quality of life. He is looking forward to continuing treatment during the next few weeks. Dr. Meyer not only utilizes techniques to achieve rapid relief, she prescribes methods to maintain long-term results.

Experiencia fantástica: When I first came to NCPT I was in excruitiating pain. I had neck and back pain and could barely move. I started therapy which included dry needling and cupping and after the second session, the improvement was remarkable. Dr. Meyer had found tightened muscles that were knotted, that I’ve had for years. Dr. Meyer was very kind and gentle and explained in detail everything that was going on with me and the reasons for every method used. I now feel 100% better and I owe a huge debt of gratitude to NCPT and Dr. Meyer for my recovery. Dr. Meyer was so patient with me and easy to talk with. I never felt rushed and she explained every treatment in detail. She practices in an evidence-based manner. I have gotten to the point where I can make it through my work day pain free. Dr. Meyer is the only PT I will go to.

Dr Meyer was THE BEST at making me feel comfortable while explaining my problems and then while teaching me exercises. I also have a serious case of bruxism (tooth-grinding) and she was able to use dry-needling to help with that. I have VERY high standards and Dr Meyer exceeded them every time I saw her. If I could give her more stars, I would!
