Synovation Medical Group - Chino

Experiencia positiva: I see alot of dissatisfied people in the comments below from years back, and I realize this office has a 2.9 overall rating, but I guess because I came from truly a 1 star Office with Inland Pain Management... a 3 star Office is an improvement to me. I experienced some of what people are saying below 2 years ago when I first started with this Office but I think they changed some things - because I don't wait 45 minutes anymore for my visit, and Robert as the front Staff Member is pretty sharp. I give him alot of Credit, because when Authorization Dept. drops the ball he does everything he can to leave messages internally or if I need meds refilled Robert and the Staff now at the Office seem to get it done. Also, Dr Brian Chen has been pretty decent/good so far in making orders for new Authorizations & ordering medications. So, I cautiously give them a 3 Stars. If I could completely get out of Pain; I'd say they are 4 or 5 stars... but we are working on it.
