They truly care about their patients; its obvious in their engagement and interactions. After my heart episodes, they helped me regain the confidence to start living again. I'm halfway through my time in the program; but getting better, feeling better and I'm more confident every time I engage in physical activities. I often watch the team and the process while I'm exercising, and the words "Well Oiled Machine" comes to mind; everyone is engaged, attentive and doing whatever's required to keep things flowing. These people are literally saving lives on a daily basis; including my own. It includes exercise, nutrition classes and stress management counseling. The staff is terrific, patient and understanding. Everything is customized for you. If prescribed, you need to do this!
