Experiencia fantástica: Prior to my Left/Right Knee replacements, Jannette at the Cary Kinetic Institute Cary prepared me for pre/post-surgery. Jannett was recommended to me by a friend for her PT ability as well as her kindness and understanding of the pain limitations of recovery. She is a very skilled, professional, dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist. I have been to many other PTs, and, by far, Jeanette is the best. I would and have recommended her as well as the Kinetic Institute Cary to others. My physician was very impressed with my progress.

Experiencia fantástica: I was referred here by my podiatrist for ongoing plantar fasciitis problems for which orthotics were no longer enough to help. Let me tell you, Jannette is utterly amazing! I didn’t only have foot pain, turns out she identified joint stiffness in my feet, which I didn’t know. Their office admin Whitney is wonderful! The staff here are warm & friendly. Jannette has made more of a difference for me than anything else and if I could give her 10 stars on this, I would! I no longer have foot pain and she does a fantastic job mobilizing my feet, as well as loosen up the muscles in my calves. I will not go anywhere else for PT!

Experiencia negativa: Kinectic Institute I am calling from last 3 month to pay there bill, left voice messages, never receive a call back how to pay them, no method of payment on bill, and i have credit score over 800 and they send it to collection, on top of the no knowlege about pain magment, i will never recomend this facility to anyone

Experiencia fantástica: Great place. The staff are very friendly and Liz is amazing. I have a knee issue. Limped into the office in a lot of pain for my first visit and was able to walk out at the end of my treatment with much less of a limp and feeling very little to no pain. I day later I am able to walk without issues. Amazing!

Experiencia fantástica: This is a wonderful PT practice. I started coming here because Rebecca Arce uses the dry needling technique I was seeking - she pistons the needles to promote a twitch response, rather than letting them sit passively after insertion. Rebecca is very knowledgeable and I'm always amazed at the gentle mobilizations she does that provide immediate relief. She explains things well and provides at-home exercises that are a good fit for me, eliminating ones that I don't feel are useful. From my observations of the other PTs at Kinetic Institute interacting with their patients, I would feel comfortable seeing any PT at this practice. Your appointment is about 45 minutes of hands on time with the PT all to yourself. Allison at the front desk is great and really knows what's going on with the patients. Before starting treatment here, I was going to Breakthrough Physical Therapy in Cary, where my PT was treating multiple patients at the same time and an assistant walked me through my exercises at most visits; the PTs there are literally trying to cram in as many patients as possible each week. I am SO glad I switched to Kinetic Institute!
