Experiencia positiva: They actually did really good with my baby he seemed to like the doctor. Only thing that was weird is the way they held him down to give him his vaccinations but he didn't even cry & didn't have a knot in his like like he did when I went to the Roseville office he had a knot in his leg for months from getting his vaccinations at the Roseville office on N Sunrise.

Experiencia fantástica: The staff is generally mostly 'just doing my job' type which can come off as NOT warm and friendly, but them and the doctors still did their best to listen and accommodate me and my needs. The doctor who took me was also helpful in getting me scripts for the TIGHT kind of equipment I needed(I am diabetic and have trouble self+injecting insulin, do she got me an epi-pen style injector). Only time I heard a complaint was a woman in the waiting room having an angry fit and yelling demands she be seen immediately as if was entitled to go to the front of the line, but staff was very tolerant of her non-the-less. Golden rule scenario.. treat people with courtesy and respect and they will return it.
