Experiencia positiva: My brother is in your care. Karen has predominantly been his CNA. She is great. She’s been helpful and kind. We appreciate her. Ani, Dona and 2 others have provided physical therapy. And they have been very nice and kinds as well. We did encounter an issue with theft of his sodas and the person who addressed (I don’t know her name but she has very short black hair) was not initially very professional. She was combative on the phone but eventually replaced his soda. The sodas weren’t the issues as was the mere theft. Thank you

Experiencia fantástica: My mom has only been there for 3 days, but we are very impressed at how great her nurses and her nurses aids have been! At one point, her nurse was unavailable and another nurse (who had his own patients) stepped in! It’s very clean and we found everyone to be caring and nice!
