Experiencia positiva: Update and edit: I’m changing my review. I’ve not seen the doctor I encounter here again. Dr. M has done a great job with myself and my husband. I moved most of my kids to a pediatrician with United Heath and have been really happy with their services Attitude and respect for others matters so much. Its exhausting to wrestle for what your kid needs. I have had a difficult time getting referrals for my kids with " invisible" special needs, and I was instructed to ask for said referrald by other specialist and professionals. When the referrals were granted, most of the time it's been to places that don't meet the need for which we were referred. Sometimes the need listed was not thourough enough or only what dr. M decided was necessary. I appreciate her general knowledge of medicine. However, I NEED to work with drs who will losten to me and hear me and trust other professionals in the medical field about their area of expertise. A Today I brought my 6 year old in and we saw Dr Hsao?( spelling?). She was awful. Valley Children's ER had sent me to get a referral for an MRI because my son has a spinal injury that aspecialist on his xrays discovered after they had sent us home. So that is why we made the appointment. Dr H was just difficult. It was as if she enjoyed making me find just the right question to ask to see if I could get what I wanted or needed. She raised her voice to me and flailed her arms dramatically. I had to tell her not to 2 times! AND SHE STILL KEPT ON... I ended up walking out because I have dealt with this before. I am just a nobody mama without a degree but...I have manners. This was a waste of energy and effort and its just upsetting. I think it is just "Dr. pride." Y My kid has a spinal injury and the professional specialist wants a referral .... And my kid is one of those who hasn't read the books about how he is supposed to respond...he wasn't exhibiting enough signs of pain to her to warrant what the other specialist wanted. Well he wasnt at the ER either but that Dr. listened to me, took into account what I told him about the kid I parent everyday and wisely ordered an xray.Because that is what was in my kids best interest! Its not hard...if youre thinking most about the patient! When I told DrH that my son has a super high pain tolerance and we have been in situations when physicians wouldn't believe me and we ended up in serious emergent situations, she seriously gave me crazy eyes!!! I will not waste my time on a know it all, rude doctor that is gonna make me and my kids jump through goops so she can feel Bigger and better about their degree and what it got them. I need to work with some one who wants to help us because... Ain't nobody got time for this. Take your kids somewhere else. Somewhere where you will be treated with a little respect and where other professionals and specialists working with your family will be considered and heard. Haughtiness and pride are dangerous in the medical industry. They're a nasty luxury that can be afforded. industry.

Experiencia fantástica: This UHC has to be hands down the best in the areas. I had been a patient here for over a years an transfered to another location after a move. Unfortunately none of the other locations I visited offered the same level of care , cleanness of facilities , and overall friendly office staff. Though this locations is by no means the closest to me I will be returning back given the high level of care and professionalism.

Experiencia fantástica: I LOVE the United Health Centers clinics! I am currently on MediCal until my job becomes permanent, but I’m hoping I can keep them when I get my private insurance. The facilities are so clean and modern, and all of the staff is friendly and professional. I am an expert on doctors’ offices as someone who has been sick for 20 years next August, and this is one of the best finds I’ve had in awhile.

Experiencia fantástica: A hidden gem in the heart of Clovis! United Health Centers is one of the best dental offices I have ever been to! I recently discovered United Health Centers because we are new to the area. We have been very unhappy at our previous dentist so when a local Mom in a Clovis Moms group highly suggested UHC I couldn’t wait to make an appointment! They even accept Medi-cal which is a plus! To my surprise they have a brand spanking new office location off Shaw in Clovis! The staff was super professional when I made my first appointment. They were able to see me right away which was so accommodating. As soon as you walk in the door you can smell the new carpets and paint that’s how new this place is! The receptionist was friendly & courteous and all the equipment is shining & state of the art. The lobby overall is warm & inviting. The dental assistant, Sara, was so polite and caring. My now dentist Dr. Prieto is very attentive. I got a cleaning done a few days ago and she was so gentle. I came back again yesterday to get a filling and not only was it painless she explained every step each time throughout the procedure. In the past I had anxiety about going to the dentist bc of bad experiences but because Dr. Prieto is so knowledgeable and because she and the staff make me feel like family and treat me with respect and make me feel so comfortable I am so proud to be a forever client! I couldn’t wait to tell my family & friends about my excitement and I couldn’t wait to do a Yelp review! I highly suggest that you too become a forever client! You will not be disappointed!
