Experiencia fantástica: I have been very impressed with the PT staff at RCPT. I had the good fortune to have Kris help me rehab from PRP in my hip. He inspired me to work hard to get the needed strength back in my hip and also worked to get my ankle more mobility. He was able to see that my my ankle was part of my hip problem. I credit my success to his ability to put things together and come up with a plan. He was professional, caring and his detail to doing the exercises correctly helped me to successfully recover. I am grateful for his expertise and would highly recommend him and RCPT. A great experience!!!

They helped me regain full mobility and even better strength in my knee after a foreign body removal surgery in my knee. They clearly explained the process, set realistic expectations, listened attentively to my concerns, and motivated me to push myself during and outside of therapy. Their knowledge and genuine love for their profession is evident by the way they communicated with me , explaining not only what they were doing, but why. The improvement in my ability to move freely is remarkable and my pain has subsided. Prior to REC PT, I thought my only option was pain management with medication and I really was trying to avoid that. I saw Nicole and Jane in the final weeks where they transitioned me into Pilates. I can't thank them enough!

Anya is very patient and focused. She pays close attention to everything! From the way I was walking, to how I was doing the exercises. She was present every moment and guided me brilliantly! She also focused on several aspects that were contributing to my back problems that I had no idea. Like my posture and how I was walking. Experiencia fantástica: Rachel and Micky did a great job in helping me recover from the virus. When I had my first appointment I could barely walk. They did a great job of massage and stretching my muscles to get me on my feet and walking. After 8-10 appointments I was able to go out in the general area and use the weight machines.

Experiencia fantástica: I showed up to the Rec Center Physical Therapy with a lot of pain in my right shoulder from a sports injury. Little did I know that I had also lost a considerable range in motion, down to 30%. Kris explained what was going on, and the steps to remedy my condition in a clear easy to understand way. After 5 weeks of PT I am pain free, and my range of motion is 95% and getting better. Kris and Tony worked my shoulder hard to get it back into shape, and provided me with multiple exercises' to do on my own. At the end, they also gave me a workout plan to continue to strengthen my shoulder. Their PT plan was very successful and I highly recommend Kris, Tony, and the Collins Rec Center Physical Therapy Center.

Adjustments were made during my appointments based on how I was feeling, not what they had "planned" for my time with them. My post op was with Kristen. She has worked with me in years past and is excellent. The rehab was very effective and she knew just how fast she could increase exercise so that recovery went extremely well. Recently, I had an issue that wasn't resolved with "traditional" remedies. So I phoned Kris. She rolled up her sleeves, donned her diagnostic hat, and found a custom solution: dry needling! After a few treatments, my numbness was gone! Thank you, Kris.

In the last 5 years I've had a diagnosis of Ehlers Danlos Syndrome and have needed 4 surgeries. Experiencia fantástica: I went to the Rec Center Physical Therapy following rotator cuff repair surgery and torn bicep. My primary physical therapist was Anya Polehna who was very professional and knowledgeable in my treatment. Anya worked individual muscles to massage, stretch and/or strengthen, based on my personal progress and doctor’s treatment schedule. Anya answered all my questions concerning my treatment, e.g. schedule, progress, plan and identifying individual muscle(s) causing my pain with recommended exercises to alleviate that pain. I recently completed my physical therapy with full use and range of motion of my arm/shoulder. It was a pleasure working with Anya and the staff at the Rec Center Physical Therapy.

Experiencia fantástica: I cannot say enough good things about the staff here. It is confusing the first time you go because you go into the entrance and it’s not clear where to go. So take the first left and actually head to the Rec center equipment area. They are both next to each other. My first PT was so easygoing and knowledgeable that I was crushed when he left. But really all the staff there is so professional that I felt at ease with my new PT. Every athlete loves hearing that the injury is temporary and having to do new exercises is a small price to pay to do what we love. So don’t stress over an injury get it checked out. It is wonderful piece of mind to have someone help you thrift.

Experiencia fantástica: I have used RCPT for ACL reconstruction therapy and tendinitis therapy. I had great results. Dave, Tony, and Micky are great therapists. They do a good job of designing a therapy and exercise program for you that gets you improving quickly and healed up. The entire staff is friendly and helpful.

Experiencia fantástica: Had rotator cuff surgery on July 24th. Went to Rec Center PT for rehabilitation working with Dave and Tony. Two months later and very satisfied with my progress. Have been cleared for all activities; have 85 percent motion back; currently working on developing more strength in the shoulder. Nice to be able to have therapists take you out to the Rockwell Collins rec center and use the equipment to aid in recovery. As a retired RC worker and eligible to join rec center, we were able to waive $30 start up fee because of tie in to Rec Center PT. First time need for physical therapy but will definitely return if needed again in future. Highly recommend...

I want to thank David McEowen, my therapist, for making me feel comfortable from the moment I walked into the RCPT center. He helped me relax and calmed my fears about the possible pain I might endure. His knowledge, positive feedback, kind words and encouragement helped me to push myself to gain strength, balance, and become more active then long before my surgery. I am amazed and thankful for what I am able to do now without pain. The entire RCPT staff was friendly, dedicated and very professional and I thank them so much! I would highly recommend the RCPT facility and definitely David McEowen.

Both Tony and Dave spent time instructing and challenging my husband to meet and exceed their goals for him. Their watchful eyes looked for areas that needed help. One area focused on correcting a “sway” he had developed. The therapy & exercises taught him to make appropriate changes. Balance and strength training have given my husband more confidence to trust his new knees. The instructions Dave & Tony gave were always helpful and “designed” for him specifically. Experiencia positiva: Had my first massage with Kelsea and she did a wonderful job focusing on the areas I told her I really needed it. I will definitely come back! The only things holding me back from a 5 star review is that I could not put a tip on my card transaction. Also, when I asked the receptionist about dry needling, all she really told me was you have to do a 1 hour consultation, you have to pay up front and it is $100 and some dollars (I don't remember exact amount). Maybe it is not her job, but I was hoping to hear a little more about what it is and was interested in getting an appointment set up. It was after 5, so maybe she was in a hurry to leave?

I have gone here for many years for multiple sports- and work-related injuries and post- shoulder rotator cuff repair surgery therapy. Having been in the healthcare field for 35 years, I am extremely critical of anything related to clinical care. I can say that absolutely they get an A++ grade from me! Rachel actually figured out the cause and corrected a mysterious severe random leg/knee pain that had orthopedic doctors stumped. Turns out it was related to my back and hip, and after therapy, it’s never returned. I’ve had tennis elbow corrected, post-surgery lumbar back pain, shoulder surgery, kneecap tracking pain, and recently saw Kris for hand therapy for a severe tendinitis of thumb and wrist. All I can say is they know what to do and how to treat it to keep you out of surgery and get you pain-free. The PT assistants and office staff are super friendly and efficient. They know their jobs and keep the paperwork hassle to a minimum. I always feel like the therapists truly care about you as a person, not just a patient. They really communicate well, answer all questions, and keep you appraised of all steps during your treatment. Even when things get rough or your body takes a step backward, they guide you and support you to move through it and beyond to healing. I have referred friends as well, and have had nothing but happy reports. If I have a choice, I’ll never go anywhere else. Just a fantastic group of practitioners. (Also, they have great no-frills therapeutic massage therapy here open to all, with low-cost rates.)

Experiencia fantástica: I had a high speed head-on collision car accident and had to have physical therapy for my chest, hips, neck, and shoulder. The skills and experience of the therapists at RCPT was top notch for my physical healing, and their kindness and conversations during therapy were wonderful for my emotional healing as well. I will forever be grateful for their help through this difficult time in my life.

Experiencia fantástica: Dave & Tony are amazing! They helped me to successfully rehab after ACL reconstruction surgery so that I am able to jog 5 months post surgery. It wasn’t always easy but they kept encouraging me to push through the tough parts and focused on how far I had come in such a short about of time. They were creative in the exercises they assigned as “homework” so that I continued to improve but didn’t get bored with the same exercises. The Rec Center is a great facility to rehab at, everyone is really helpful & scheduling is a breeze.

Experiencia fantástica: I have used Rec Center Physical Therapy a number of times over the past couple of years following a hip replacement and two knee replacements. My therapists Dustin, Rachel, Mickey, and Nicole were professional and skilled, as well as warm and supportive. The Center is well-equipped and patients can use equipment in the adjacent Rockwell Recreation Center.

Experiencia fantástica: Kris Dupont has helped both my husband Andy and I on a few different problem areas. I have had several bouts of vertigo and she is the only person I trust to help make it go away! I know if I call she will work me in ASAP to fix the problem. She has saved the day on two different occasions when I got vertigo right before a vacation! I haven't had to miss work because of the side affects of vertigo because of Kris. My husband suffers with psoriatic arthritis and his hip had limited motion. After working with Kris and another PT at the Rec Center he now has regained the ability to move and walk without constant pain. Experiencia fantástica: I came to the Rec Center Physical Therapy on the urging of my husband before I went in for my knee replacement operation. I agreed and knew who I wanted for my PT. Kris DuPont was the person I wanted and needed. She listens to what you says and pushes you just enough. I came in one day and I had a bad night and I told her she changed what she was going to do with me that day and did more seated work. Kris discusses with you on how you are feeling and when you and her think it is time to end PT. She does not believe in keeping you going if you do not need to. I really enjoyed having her as my PT person and told her if I need the other knee replaced I will be back and request her again. Thank you Kris for being a great PT.

Experiencia fantástica: I originally saw Kris Dupont for vertigo treatment as I'd had great results from her in the past. As we chatted during the treatment, she noticed my lack of neck mobility. I had been getting frequent headaches, but never associated that with my neck and shoulder muscles. After a few treatments for my neck and easy exercises to do at home, I've been headache- free for two months! And no more vertigo. Kris really gets to understand your concern areas and makes you feel on top of the world again.

Experiencia fantástica: So far I have had 16 PT appointments as a critical part of my recovery for ACL reconstruction surgery. I asked 30+ of my friends in my athletic based social club who they recommended. About half recommended the Rockwell PT, and half Kepros. I chose Rockwell and I am glad I did. I have worked with Dave & Micky. Every visit has brought me further to independence and I feel like my program was tailored for my needs. I am an older adult, at the top end of age for this kind of surgery, so PT was critical. The staff is friendly and caring and easy to speak to if you need to voice your concerns. I would recommend this center for your needs. I am not a Rockwell Rec Center member, you do not have to be.

I am currently working with Kris to correct an issue with my lower back and my progress has been amazing. She is absolutely great to work with!

Experiencia fantástica: I was in a car accident 3 years ago. This messed up my right knee, hip and back pretty bad. I had Kris for my therapist and it was a long slow recovery. I had major problems going on in my hip and the Dr.s could not find the answer. Kris made a suggestion to my general physician, so I went in for an MRA. She was spot on with her hunch. I had another surgery and got my hip repaired. She is a very caring therapist and got me through some major pain. The office staff is also top notch. Thanks to everyone at Rec Center PT!!

Experiencia fantástica: I was so lucky to have found RCPT a few years ago when I began to have numbness in my fingers due to an extremely tight muscle in my back - which was also causing issues in my neck. The staff was extremely professional and thorough. After a few weeks of therapy, Justin and Micky had me all fixed up! I continue to go back as needed. I've also had a few massages there and would recommend those as well.
