Experiencia fantástica: I have been attending PT for the last 3 months to gain my freedom and strength back from 2 knee total replacements. The therapist’s are the best in the business and very caring for all of their patients. The therapy received made my 2nd knee replacement go much smoother as I had way more strength. Looking forward to having 2 great knees!

Experiencia fantástica: We cannot say enough good things about Athletico! Cassie rehabbed my daughter from two softball injuries, one in her shoulder and one in her hip. She offered tough love when my daughter wasn’t giving it her best effort and encouragement thru it all. They dealt with my insurance company promptly and handled all communication like pros. Experiencia fantástica: By far best experience I have ever had for physical therapy. The staff is friendly and supportive. Throughout my injuries I appreciated I was challenged, yet within my comfort level of my injuries. I experienced drastic improvement! The Athletico team does not take a one size fits all approach, but rather gets to know every person and learns how we can work together towards goals. I highly recommend Athletico in the Fountains, especially for fit individuals (but they do see all walks all life).

Experiencia fantástica: Staci identified an issue with my hip during PT for a knee issue. Hip replacement surgery was a huge improvement and I was back to normal activities including golf and pilates in 3 weeks.

Experiencia fantástica: Staci at Athletico was wonderful to work with. I was always greeted in the clinic warmly and promptly and they were very respectful of my time. The knowledge provided and the approach felt very personalized to my needs. I appreciate whay they have done for me and it has allowed me to continue to live pain free.

Experiencia negativa: My neck issues got much worse after 6 treatments. No attention to my lower back and buttock, which was on my treatment order. The therapists do not welcome or listen to client feedback, good or bad. They simply follow their own protocol regardless whether it's working or making it worse. Very old and outdated equipment and methodologies. Do not recommend. By the way, if you give them a bad review they will call you at home and hassle you.

Not only did they expertly treat my daughter's gymnastics-related knee injury, but they also made the process fun and enjoyable for her. Personally, I benefited too—my persistent low back issues and sciatica saw remarkable improvement under their care. Their emphasis on strengthening exercises made a significant difference in managing my pain. A huge thank you to the clinic for their expertise and commitment to patient well-being!

While some of the staff has changed over that time, the staff is even better as a whole. Another thing that I like is the friendly atmosphere among the clients. "I first went to Athletico over 20 years in a Chicago suburb and highly recommended the experience. When I found out I needed PT after a recent surgery and found out Athletico was in Cedar Rapids, near my house, I had to try it. I was not disappointed one bit. Same great experience with a high quality caring staff. The only difference was their faces. Athletico has grown a lot over the years, however, they not just opening a lot of locations fast, but, opening quality locations in a controlled process. I have tried other PT locations in town, however, they are not as good as Athletico."

Experiencia fantástica: Best physical therapy in CR. Ive been here twice now but it’s the only company I have fully completed my care. Cassie and her team are great. One of my favorite things is the fact that they will message the area that you’re being seen for before they start with the exercises, then will always offer ice/heat legit aftercare too. I will always recommend this company.

Experiencia fantástica: My experience with the staff at this location was life changing - their knowledge of vestibular therapy (especially Molly) and the treatment I received allowed me to return to my normal activities after a rather debilitating bout of dizziness and balance issues. I highly recommend them for vestibular or any other physical therapy needs. The staff is so helpful, caring and knowledgeable!

Experiencia fantástica: Athletico provided great service to me following my rotator cuff surgery. In 14 weeks, Kirk and Cassie brought me back up to speed! I guess the average recovery is 4 to 6 months. Great people, great facility and NE location. Scheduling was easy. They were great pushing me in physical therapy to the appropriate limits and I healed fast. Give them a try.

Experiencia fantástica: I walked in with a post-op frozen shoulder and in complete despair about how my recovery was going. Cassie, Kirk, Jessica, and the rest of the crew have achieved results I was not getting with my previous provider. The quality of life improvement has been astounding, and I could not be happier with the results. I’m back in the gym, picking up my baby, and back on the golf course. I recommend them to anyone in need of physical therapy.

Experiencia fantástica: Our family has worked with Athletico on a couple of issues---the biggest one was with our daughter's shoulder injury. The staff at Athletico was outstanding with scheduling around our student-athlete's schedule. We worked primarily with Cassie and Stacy--they both were outstanding with helping our daughter through several rounds of PT and also a lengthy rehab from shoulder surgery--helping her to feel strong and confident in her recovery. We were able to call and get quick appointments when we had a couple of situations we were concerned of re-injury, and they did a fantastic job of evaluating, explaining, and reassuring that the shoulder was Ok.

Experiencia fantástica: I went to Athletico after all 3 of my knee surgeries. I was welcomed upon arrival every single time. The staff got to know me on a personal level instead of just being another one of their patients. Cassie was always looking to advance my therapy but made sure I was mentally and physically ready for it as well. If I wasn’t ready, she took the time to make sure I got there first. She always took my concerns to heart and took the time to explain why I was experiencing pain or why she was having me do things a certain way. She also demonstrated every single physical therapy move she had me do so I was never confused. Athletico physical therapy is the only place I will do my PT and I would recommend it to anybody. I was always treated with respect.

Experiencia fantástica: Cassie Wagner really took time to understand my symptoms at the initial interview. She worked tirelessly twice weekly and was able to improve my situation considerably. Ultimately I had an epidural steroid injection and currently my symptoms has resolved totally. I fully recommend Athletico to anyone. Staff and location are excellent!

Experiencia fantástica: We live in Maquoketa, but my daughter competes 5 times a week at Twisters Gymnastics in Cedar Rapids. We met Cassie through the gym. Over the last three years, Olivia has battled stress fractures, Osgood Slaughters, and chronic knee pain. Through the work that Cassie and the team of physical therapist at Athletico have done, Olivia is finally overcoming her leg issues. The knowledge level of these physical therapists at Athletico has allowed them to create various plans to get Olivia better and stronger than before. When something in the plan hasn’t worked, they edit the plan and keep trying new techniques to find the perfect fit for her healing process. They always go out of their way to make appointments work for Olivia’s schedule; even answering phone calls and text messages outside of their working hours. They truly want what’s best for my daughter and to see her succeed, so their “never give up” attitude has helped keep Olivia going when she thought she would never get healthy. My praise for this group of physical therapists could go on and on, but I will end my review with this comment - when your a mom and your kid is in pain, you pray to a God for any and all help for your kid. God blessed our family, and especially Olivia, with Athletico and these incredible physical therapist to help heal her and show her that when you take care of your body anything is possible.

They’re always professional, pleasant, and able to answer any questions thoroughly and plainly. I have nothing but great things to say about her and Kirk. They are both well educated, friendly and developed a great relationship with me. They understand that not all patients are created equally some of us need a little more time and attention which they always gave me. They also understand that pain isn't just physical it's mental and were always there when I needed them.
