Experiencia positiva: I waited in the waiting room for almost 2 hrs with no a/c. It was hot in there just for the surgeon to tell me he no longer performs the surgery I been out of work for 3 months going on 4 waiting to get. Paperwork couldn't be found after I turned it in for a minute. Gotta do a little better. The NA who did my notes for the surgeon was nice and the one who gave me the paperwork to fill out when I first got there was nice. Other than that, no complaints. People were getting called pretty quick without the long wait.

Experiencia positiva: Front desk receptionists are always professional and courteous. Wait time is sometimes long and the waiting area is packed. Waiting area could use some updating. Restrooms are always clean when I've used them. Receptionist in the back are as well professional and courteous. My only complaint would be the doctor.

Experiencia fantástica: I give it 5 stars because my therapist, Ursula, is an awesome person. She’s very professional, respectful, and helpful. The staff is very friendly. Ursula has also helped accelerate my recovery process by a lot. She makes me feel at home, she always makes sure I’m doing each exercise properly. She listens to my needs and I highly recommend her.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Nick is great, very passionate with his patients. He listens to your problems. Dr Nick nurse Amber and the nurse that checked me out nurse Angel did a wonderful job taking care of my needs. In fact every nurse in the back was very helpful they had a sweet bedside manner and you don't find that nowadays. I appreciate you and thank you for the hospitality!
