Experiencia fantástica: Their pharmacy is always super quick and everyone is friendly even when they’re busy. They have a sign saying to be patient if the pharmacy is understaffed, but I’ve never waited more than 10 minutes. ????

Experiencia fantástica: My wife has been Kaiser Permanente patient for 8 years now and has had bad luck finding a Primary care Doctor and team with good communication and cares about their patients. She has been through hell the last 2 years with 6 surgeries from 2 craniotomies for a stubborn brain tumor to her fight with cancer. But Hallelujah we found them! The receptionist Mary is so friendly and very helpful, nurse Joanna who’s personality is so warm and comforting and then there’s Dr. Bautista what can we say… SCORE!!! He was recommended to us by Chronic population management and we feel he is the best Primary Care Doctor out there!!! He is so understanding, his personality is also so warm and comforting! We know we can trust him with my wife’s medical needs!!! All of them made us feel like we were part of the family!! We highly recommend Dr. Bautista and his team to everyone!! Thank you so much!!!

Experiencia fantástica: This is the best kaiser permante around. I have been going here for over 20 plus years. My first wonderful Dr Litman left to take a position at the hospital in fontana and I was devastated but I lucked up and now I have a another wonderful Dr named Dr. Smith . He has the absolute best bed side manor and is so caring. He pays attention to you and doesn't try to rush you off like a lot of these other Dr do. His staff is awesome too. They are all nice when they call you and are never rude. I see why people like to work with him..I hope he knows how much he is appreciated and his staff. One other Dr I'd like to give a great honorable mention and high praise to Dr Jeffrey Muskit. He was my both my sons pediatricians and now my grandsons pediatrician. He's a great Dr also ,very detailed and took such good care of my now 24 year old asthmatic son when he was a baby. Now he is the Dr for his two sons.. Thank you Kaiser!! Experiencia fantástica: Today was my first time of visiting the Colton center and this is the best Kaiser experience I have had. The lady at the check in desk referred me to a wonderful Registered Nurse Wendy, she was phenomenal, very caring, patient and loving...infact she is the best nurse I have met in my life. Thank you for all you do... indeed angels do come in human form.

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve never gone to this location before today and it’s now my new favorite. Everyone from the nurses, the x-ray tech, the pharmacist and the ladies at the front desk were all so nice and helpful. The environment here is sooo different from the Main Fontana one i usually go to. Everyone was more attentive and friendly. Definitely going to come here as much as possible now. Loved it! Thanks for creating a great healing space!
