Experiencia fantástica: My arm was crushed by a very large oak tree, I have had a lot to deal with from the moment of the accident, my first thought right after I was able to pull my arm out was they are going to have to amputate because I knew how bad it was crushed, the surgeons in Iowa City did a great job putting things back together but the real work is with the therapy people,the group at Advanced Therapy have educated me in what to expect and what I need to do to help myself,ultimately it's the patient that has to produce results, Sandra,Nancy, Corrine and Connie have all worked intensely with me, listen to my observations and have always treated me with respect, I am really glad my insurance representative sent me to them, I feel I have made huge progress in just less than four months since the accident

Experiencia fantástica: I went for severe frozen shoulder which most likely needed surgery. They were so knowledgeable and skilled that through therapy and exercises I was able to restore range of motion in my shoulder and avoid surgery. There were also right on point when I had to see the specialist one more time. Every staff member is awesome. I spent most of m y time with Jenny and she is currently helping me with the left shoulder. I highly recommend this office and their staff!

Experiencia negativa: Was very disappointed in my treatment and the way i was treated personally. Was to get treatment for my back and legs. I got 1 lymphatic massage and 2 back treatments. I got no encouragement for the good things i did, only disappointed comments to do more. Encouraging remarks do also help to push a person. If you have more medical issues than what you are being seen for, i do not recommend Advanced Therapy.

Experiencia fantástica: I first met Sandy Sublett when I had back symptoms in 2008. At that time, she was instrumental in getting me an MRI, which revealed that I had cancer in my spine. Needless to say, I survived the cancer, but with all manner of complications that brought me back for therapy from time to time. Sandy has the experience and training to deal with all the odd issues I presented from screws, rods, and clamps in my back to a broken sacrum. Recent issues with some arthritis and back discomfort led me to seek Sandy out again, now as proprietor of Advanced Therapy Specialists. This gave me the opportunity to meet several of her staff, all of whom proved to be extraordinarily competent, caring, and personable. As a team, they dealt very effectively with my aches and pains. I could not recommend these folks more highly.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Sublett is an attentive and knowledgeable medical practitioner who has gathered a magnificent team of therapy specialists to handle the problems you might face. I've been working with Dr. Sublett for years on my feet. I don't treat them well - my favorite hobby is long distance hiking. Dr. Sublett is the reason I still get to have fun outdoors without pain in my feet. Initially my problem was with plantar fasciitis, the consequence of my inflexible calves and overuse of my feet for hiking. She worked with me to fix that through strengthening, stretching, and a good pair of molded inserts for my feet. Since then, she's guided me through multiple injuries during hikes, keeping my feet healthy through all of it. Most recently, she helped me size custom orthotic inserts for my shoes which will nip a lot of my longer-term problems in the bud. If you have a long term injury that is serviced by Advanced Therapy Specialists, look no further. Here you'll find professional care which will address the problem quickly, paired with the long term support that will prevent the problems from resurfacing. Experiencia fantástica: Sandy Sublett is great and she pulled together other great practitioners for this clinic. Nancy is so kind and caring. Add to that competence and capability and you've got exactly what you want when you're feeling poorly. Nancy is trained in BPVS treatment for vertigo and helps me get from feeling unstable and blah to functioning and stable within less than 24 hour- sometimes immediately. Laura at the front desk is always so empathetic and kind, too. I have long appreciated Sandy's PT skills and am so happy to know that she's got a great team of people working at this clinic. Highly recommend!!
