Five Oaks Rehab

Experiencia fantástica: As soon as I walked in, I was greeted! Everyone was so nice, I had the opportunity to take a tour of the facility and speak to residents/patients in the hospital and they were happy and it was nice to see their smiling faces!!

Experiencia positiva: My mom recovered well in rehab at Five Oaks. Members of her care team there delivered compassionate care and they were attentive to her needs. They were available to answer our questions and provided a safe environment so that she could heal well. If we needed rehab services again for our elderly parents, we would defintely return. Thank you!

Experiencia fantástica: I have been reading the reviews here for a while now, yes some of them not so good however I have learned that people do have bad experiences and can ruin the reputation of a business with a few bad reviews. My mom is currently in a rehab in Columbia,Sc with a lower rating than Five Oaks but has had a wonderful experience while she has been there so I would say judge for yourself. And thus far my experience with the staff has been very pleasant and looking forward to my Mom being apart of the Five Oaks Family!

Experiencia fantástica: This was my Mom's 2nd time in a rehab facility. I can't say enough nice things about Five Oaks. My Mom had her own room, it was clean and I felt like every single person we encountered there actually cared about my Mom. The therapists were wonderful and really got her back on her feet in record time. The staff was very accommodating and made our next step plan with my Mom work out with speed and efficiency. I never heard anyone being unkind or short with any of the patients there, which was so comforting to me. Everyone wants what is best for their loved one and I have to say if my Mom ever had to go to another rehab facility, this is where we would pick for her to go. Thank you again for everyone who touched my Mom's life during her time there. You are all deeply appreciated!
