Experiencia fantástica: What an amazing rehabilitation hospital! From the drs to the nurses to the pa’s…. Everyone is very attentive and trained very well!!! The food is always delicious! I could go on and on.. My Father in law just loves this place! He has been treated so well I think it’s gonna be hard to get him to leave. Thanks Encompass Health for taking great care of him!

Experiencia fantástica: What an awesome place. Each room has a progress board with their pledge of Comfort, professionalism and respect and they delivered exactly that each and every day. Each team member had a part in helping me get stronger but a few stood out. 1)Nate- The first member of the physicatl therapy team that I met and he was professional and thorough but he was an especially nice guy.We shared an emotional moment when I took some steps without assistance and it was obvious how much he cared. 2)Lisa- I first met her when she was tasked with helping me shower as part of my occupational therapy. She went above and beyond her job duties to help me me and I appreciate her help immensely. She cares about her patients and has an awesome personality that I appreciated being in a hospital type setting. 3) Alexis- She was my nurse on several occasions and she definitely stood out with her compassionate and thorough care.She loves her job and does it well. 4)Carol- Was my case manager and from the beginning I could tell she not only loved her job but she did it well. She kept me informed on my case at all times and helped facilitate my discharge to avoid inclement weather that was supposed to happen the day I was supposed to leave. 5) Dr. Majewski- This guy is everywhere dang near every day. He makes a point of checking in with his patients face to face not by phone and not by sending someone else to see how we were doing. He's the kind of guy I want as my Dr he took the time to check on all of his patients and listened to any concerns we may have had. Everyone that I dealt with was very kind and helpful but these folks I mentioned really made my stay a positive one. When I was checking out I was taken by one of the gyms to ring the bell and after I did there was a group of therapists doing their follow up ,they all clapped but Nate and Lisa came over and gave me a hug and shook my hand while giving me a few last words of encouragement which I appreciated a lot more than they probably know. I had already decided to say something here before this moment about Nate and Lisa and this showed why they really helped me more than they know. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone who needs physical or occupational therapy they care about their patients. I was always treated like like a person not just a number which is rare.

Experiencia fantástica: 3 weeks ago, I was knock, knock, knocking on heaven's door. Respiratory failure, passed out in my home oxygen level 53%. Woke up in ICU. Conroe hospital. After 2 weeks of 24hr. care I was sent to Encompass for rehab. Hard to believe laying in bed for over a week I could no longer walk, both scary and emotional. Never needing rehabilitation this was a road not traveled. It didn't take long to understand the staffs job was to get me strong as well as watch my vitals. Dr. Agana, nurse Jon, nurse Jamie..she's too cool ! case mgr McFarren, and most of all my trainers whom I fell in love with, Jen, Max, and Brandon. These 3 are the reason I'm leaving here tomorrow walking on my own 2 legs. They are extremely knowledgeable and loaded with human empathy. One more kudo..the kitchen. food is great, staff always accepting off menu request. Nuff said, Highly recommend this rehab facility.

Experiencia fantástica: My husband Spent 11 days in Post Op Rehab. AMAZING CARE TEAM! Round the clock excellent care and rehab. They give a whole person focus and address every area of need!!! Beginning to end. They have also cared for other family members over the years and gave excellent care and rehab!!!
