Experiencia fantástica: This medical group has never failed to perform in my best interest. I feel confident that their opinions are reliable and trustworthy. The office staff, doctors' assistants, and physicians are all professional. My medical professional, Megan Mallett, always listens and responds to my suggestions for changes in treatment; I never leave her office without an updated plan of action for my health.

Experiencia positiva: The medical team is very professional, but the front staff is not. After two weeks and multiple phone calls, my insurance company had still not received the paperwork needed to fill a prescription. After driving to the office to address the issue, the nurse easily fixed the issue and let me know there were other options available the entire time. I wish the front staff would have either taken responsibility to help me solve the problem in the first place, or had at least informed me of the other available options.

Experiencia fantástica: Rhonda Dixon Is the best PCP I have ever had. She has treated me for about 6 years and has saved my life a few times. She cares about her patients and is a pleasure to see. Her "bedside manner" is excellent and she actually listens to what I have to say. She responds with kindness and knowledge and is able to explain in the way that is understandable to someone without medical knowledge. She is always honest and upfront with me about things I am doing wrong with my health. I would not trade her for the winning lotto ticket for she is priceless as a PCP. The office staff are top notch. They always smile and are as helpful as anyone could ask for. I am honored to be a patient at the Prince Street Clinic.
