Experiencia fantástica: I had pretty much given up hope after a soccer injury (knee) in my early 40s, but nothing like a pandemic to help motivate! Kathy was wonderful and encouraging. She cares and is knowledgeable in pinpointing the problem area(s) and identifying exercises that are accessible and effective. I had even tried PT in the past and this was definitely more personalized, and I'm doing much better! I highly recommend Motus if you need a tune up.

Experiencia fantástica: I absolutely loved Kathy's one on one approach to Physical Therapy. She truly cares about the patient and getting to the root of the problem to help get them back to their passions. It so rare to find a Physical Therapist that is so patient focused, I feel like so many PT offices are doing billable services just for insurance reimbursement and seeing a new patient every 30 minutes. I got to spend an entire hour with Kathy and she even sent me home with home exercises and checked in later to see how I was doing. I highly recommend Kathy Lynch + Motus Physical Therapy!

Anyone who moves, truly should get her expert opinion on the status of joints and all that body stuff. Anyone who relies on their body to keep making money should also consider her assessment. Experiencia fantástica: I've seen my fair share of physical therapists in several different clinics over the years due to multiple injuries and chronic overuse, but I've never had the kind of personalized attention from anyone else that I've received from Kathy. She spends the entirety of my appointment working with me and I don't get passed around the office to someone different each time. She's an expert at her craft, for sure, and great at getting to the root of the problem, but even more than that, she is passionate about helping people and it shows! She's completely invested in my recovery and instills the hope that I CAN get better and then shows me how. Kathy is the real deal! She is a caring and highly competent professional and I feel so fortunate to have found her!!

Kathy gave me great take-home information and exercises that have both helped my weaknesses and have kept me working and running. The facility and environment is professional, comfortable and clean.
