River City Nursing and Rehabilitation

Experiencia positiva: The facility is clean and odorless. The security man at the entrance is always very freindly and helpful. My brother-in-law is receiving good care since admitted about 3 weeks ago. Call light is answered in reasonable time. Only complaint is he has to 'ask' to be turned/repositioned - this should be done regularly without having to be asked to prevent bedsores or lung problems. He is a large patient and has a wonderful large bed with an alternating pressure mattress. Staff is always friendly.

Experiencia fantástica: My Sister in Law is here rehabilitating for her feet surgery. So far the staff are amazing. Calvin the Security personnel was very helpful, he helped me log in as this was the first time being here to visit my Sis. It was a pleasant experience and the facility smelled very clean like lemon pine sol clean. Thank You for All you Do. Sincerely, Andrea Hupp

Experiencia fantástica: Every time I call or visit, the entry personnel, the nurses and techs at the nurses station on the floor, and those who take out an extra TV not being used, or a person who cleans the floor...every person has patience to answer a concern or question, has compassion and a caring disposition, and I have never yet sensed an environment of stress or chaos, but one of love and sensitivity, cleanliness and easy smiles. What a refreshing gift to encounter this health care facility where most are non personable full busyness, rules, regulations, and hierarchy where people are a room number rather than a resident in great need. I am grateful to the God of the Bible for the owners and management of River City Nursing and Rehab in Omaha NE.
