Experiencia fantástica: We have had my dad here since May of last year. The nursing care is great. They are on top of things. Even if he is in bad mood they smile and try to talk to him. If it doesn't work they will walk into hallway to see if he calms down. Sometimes he will then just go to sleep. If he is still having issues they will send someone else in. They will even call me and ask me to talk to him. The administration staff is different story. If you need to talk to them you can't call you never get their extension. If you do and you our lucky to leave message they don't call back. Biggest beef I have is no one answers the phones. They don't have no one to do this. No one in office will answer it. Most of the the you will get one the nurses which is crazy. They are running around like chicken with their heads cut off taking care of our loved ones. Today I have been trying as ll day to get someone to answer the phone and it rings and rings. I been trying to get messages to my dad letting he I'm know we will be there tomorrow to see him. If I went down more then likely wouldn't get in cause on weekends we have to buzz to have someone let us in. Because no one is in front office. But because I don't feel well today and I can't get a message to my dad he might be feeling we don't care. Others we are very happy with the care.
