Garden City Treatment Center

Experiencia positiva: I always receive great care,recently seen Dr. Creighton,he was kind and polite. Office staff and nurses were polite as well. Wait times could be improved though. It was very warm in the waiting room,it felt like 100 degrees and an elderly lady commented that it was way to warm in there as well,I thought maybe it was just me due to being sick,I almost thought I was going to faint. But in general I had a pleasant visit. Thank You.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr William Creighton was fantastic. I saw another doctor there 3 weeks earlier and the problem wasn't resolved. I'm not blaming anybody there. Again, Dr Creighton is the best!!! Thank you for having such a wonderful man to represent you as a health facility. Very easy to understand and he went the extra mile. I only wish they had a better setup out front for when you arrive prior to the 8:00 opening as ignorance takes over and people walk right up to the front and cut in front of others who chose to arrive early and deal with the weather. If I hadn't been so sick, well, nevermind. Totally disgusting!

Experiencia positiva: Dr. Creighton was very kind and patient, and listens to his patients very carefully. I get the impression this is how he is with every person under his care. All the staff were friendly and attentive. Very long wait but that’s just how these urgent care centers are in the evening.

Experiencia fantástica: This was my third visit at the center and my first time getting Dr. Creighton. I was very pleased with how kind he was to me and how he listened very carefully and did a thorough exam. They always move quickly through patients here and that's why I'm always going to go here, they don't want you waiting hours although it will take some time, you won't spend all night here. I did have a other doctor who was a man my first two visits who I felt didn't listen to me as well as Dr. C, but he still addressed the issues I had in a timely manner so I returned. I also heard a nice woman doctor speaking with the patient next to me. Thanks GCTC!!

Experiencia fantástica: Had a great experience with Garden City Treatment center. My daughter clearly had an infection in her finger. The wait time wasn’t bad at all. She was treated by Dr. Dufresne. He was so nice and pleasant. He identified the issue and quickly got us out of there. So glad we didn’t have to spend 7+ hours at Hasbro! I would definitely recommend this treatment center!
