Experiencia fantástica: After total hip replacement surgery, I went to Hat City PT and Dr. Lee Day for my rehabilitation. I couldn't be more pleased with the personal attention identifying and "fixing" a number of problems that I had (swelling, abnormal gait) to get me back to better than I have been in years. With the pandemic, many safety precautions have been taken by tirelessly cleaning equipment after every use and temperature monitoring. Lee and all of his staff have been encouraging and supportive to all, no matter what level each is able to achieve. I highly recommend Hat City Physical Therapy. Having had a total knee replacement in Dec 2021 after my hip surgery in March of 2020, I went back to Hat City PT again without hesitation. I was not disappointed as this recovery went about as well as it possibly could with the expertise and compassion in a truly positive and efficient environment. Each recovery plan is custom to the person and injury being treated with encouraging guidance and easily understandable explanations of what and why they are doing with each of their therapies or exercise activity. Patients are emboldened to run through their activities with their session with plenty of help in case there is a need to remember what to do or how to use the equipment. Having gotten my own results and seeing the results of folks as I did my sessions, I continue to highly recommend Hat City PT with Lee, Karen, and the rest of the PT and office staff.
