Experiencia fantástica: As guys we don’t do a great job of taking care of ourselves and seeking help…don’t be a typical guy. After dealing with pain for over 5 months, I decided that stretching, icing, rest, and various braces obviously weren’t working. I made an appointment with Dr. Rose and after a SINGLE session, my pain was gone within 48 hours. I was able to return to my active lifestyle and lifting weights. I am happy to report that after 3 months, I am still pain free. I attended a workshop with Rose and she helped me understand my body more and she showed me stretches to ease the pain.
