Experiencia fantástica: I went to pt to improve pelvic floor muscles and diastasis recti. I you have to open minded when going into therapy. I had no idea what I was walking into but I will say it has help me so much. Thankfully I can say I am doing so much better now. I highly recommend for both situations!! I had symptoms for the previous 10 years and now after my 2nd baby I have confidence that I am no longer damaging my ab muscles while exercising.
