Halifax Health | Brooks Rehabilitation – Center for Inpatient Rehabilitation

Experiencia positiva: My daughter loves her weekly PT appointment. She is not at all seem to enjoy speech therapy and so they immediately pushed her our of that program. We've also had problems with not being informed of evaluations or cancellations due to insurance holds. Also they have a policy to arrive 15 minutes early and not once have I seen ANYONE go in to their appointment on time including myself. Our thirty minute session ends up being 22 minutes... I don't even bother to show up early anymore. There's no point.

Experiencia fantástica: Can't say enough good things about my wife's two-week experience at Brooks Rehabilitation, where she got both physical and occupational therapy after two serious surgeries. The word "awesome" comes to mind. All of the staff members were friendly, responsive and extremely helpful. I got the impression that they really loved their work and were happy to be there. It seemed to be more like a calling rather than a "job" for them. Kudos to the entire staff!

Experiencia fantástica: Cannot say enough good things about this Rehabilitation center. My mom was here for two weeks due to a stroke. And it was the best ever. Everyone here was absolutely amazing. All day physical therapy. And so kind to her and always ready to help! Excellent place.

Experiencia fantástica: Brooks is the best rehab my grandmother has ever been to. After breaking her hip and femur she was there for a little over two weeks. The staff is fantastic. They have the best doctors, nurses, cnas and physical therapists that I’ve ever seen. So caring and efficient and kind. They were awesome! My grandmothers case worker Jill was great! She kept in constant contact with me and kept me informed of everything going on. She was a huge help getting her transferred and situated. Even the staff that cleaned and took her food orders were fabulous. Best group of medical professionals ever! Thank you all so much for your kindness and professionalism. I highly recommend anyone needing a rehab after an orthopedic surgery goes to Brooks.

Experiencia fantástica: Best place to go to Brooks Rehabilitation... my wife very happy with them!!! Nurse and Doctors are the best... I would not suggest Halifax Health, because my wife was screaming and nobody came to help her that time was overnight nurse terrible, Her own doctor who surgery on her came into her room and saw her on the floor with cups and pillows outside of the door trying to get their attention Doctor was upset and report to the head nurse and they sure are in trouble! my wife is DEAF!!!! BUT the day time nurse are the greatest and wonderful!!!! not overnight.... Very upset what happened that day on July 2nd!!!
