Experiencia positiva: I originally went to Wakeman for an issue with my neck. All of a sudden Im forking out $1,200 for some kind of Shockwave therapy on my neck and also my lower back. The Shockwave therapy did absolutely nothing and I'm just out $1,200. Additionally, I had a situation where I wanted to speak to the office manager, Jessica. She was so absolutely beyond rude to me. I was nothing but respectful in bringing up an issue that I personally had a problem with and she was nothing but nasty in return. She also said she would call me back which never happened. Additionally, she conveyed our discussion COMPLETELY out of context. I do think Dr Wakeman has a fantastic Chiropractic practice and I love all of his chiropractors and staff however, his office manager just put a sour note on the practice for me. When I'm paying for something I don't expect to be treated rudely. It's just not necessary and it's not a good look for the practice when the office manager, a representative of the company is rude to patients.

Experiencia fantástica: I was blessed to be able to be treated by Dr. Wakeman and Dr. Craig. I was involved in a very serious motor vehicle accident and received treatment from them for just short of a year to avoid major surgery. They gave me back some range of motion and ability to function again. Their state of the art equipment and wealth of knowledge give you a true sense of feeling safe and well cared for under their practice. Experiencia fantástica: I was referred to Dr. Wakeman in 2018 after being in the ER with excruciating low back pain. After having x-rays done, Dr. Wakeman suggested getting treatment on the DRX. After three months I was finally relieved of my back pain. I'll never be 100% pain free due to my condition so I do go back every six months to use the DRX for 'maintenance.' My husband has been going there as well for low back pain and sees Dr. Craig who is amazing!! The entire staff is super friendly, caring and knowledgeable! They're not just a part of my care team, they're like family.
