Experiencia fantástica: A medium sized gym which offers a variety of workout options (aerobics, free and stacked weights, a running track, fitness classes, and open spaces with medicine balls and other physical therapy equipments). The facility is well maintained and clean, and the staff is friendly and eager to help. You can walk up to any staff member to get advice on targeting specific muscles or functional problems. The guests here are pretty diverse, spanning the whole gamut of age and fitness level, which is nice. Highly affordable, excellent hours, and open to the public (some assume it is only available to Beaumont employees because of the name, but it is actually part of the YMCA system). Love this place!
